For those that didn't know to read the description on the original video:
Long story short, a fairy is created when a newborn has it's first laugh, and Tinkerbell's fairy friends have been dying out. So she's got a strong feeling it's because each of their humans stopped believing in fairies and "grew up". Wendy makes Peter think of more than just the Lost Boys and their little world, which is part of growing up and, literally, will *kill Tinkerbell*. So she's eliminating the threat to herself and her friends.

Tink isn't jealous she's trying to kill Wendy because in that universe fairy's die when the human those laugh created them dies so tink brought all her (remaining) friends humans to neverland (The lost boys and peter) so her friends wouldn't die, and with Wendy trying to take the boys out of neverland her friends will die.☺
