Ingredients:
150 g soft butter (approx. 2/3 cup)
200 g powdered sugar (approx. 1 cup)
4 eggs
2 tbsp cocoa powder (30 g)
200 ml milk (approx. 0.85 cup)
270 g flour (approx. 2 1/4 cups)
1 tbsp baking powder
Powdered Sugar
Gugelhupf Baking Pan: 21 cm (approx. 8.3 inches) in diameter
Preheat the oven to 180°C (360°F).
Bake for 40-45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Once the cake has cooled, decorate the top with a generous dusting of powdered sugar.
