I had a friend like Lamb when I was a kid. We had no Idea dude was upset till we were pulling him off someone.
As did I, name was Scott, it was never much of pulling him off though because whoever ended up getting struck outta nowhere was typically snoring within a second of him starting to swing. He ended up being the only white boy trapping in North Camden, and he was constantly knocking out dude's trying to try him because he was on the block, while white, slinging.... ended up with a pretty serious reputation, also ended up doing a total of 15 the last I seen him out and about 😅
These two dudes are fuckin excellent man, DJ I would watch these guys spar let alone fight. This is so cool love seeing the committed aggression and then respect. Really brings the zone!

Such a great fight. Mapache was obviously the more skilled grappler the entire fight, HOWEVER Lamb brutally destroyed him in the beginning. Mapache was saved by that blood stoppage. That looked like an early win by Lamb... but safety first. He was totally out of it when he got up. Similarly at the end, Mapache would have won if it wasn't for the last blood stoppage. I hope they rematch.
Mapache submits him quickly if they rematch.
@@zazen69 If you watch the full real video, Lamb said he didn't want to stand up. He wanted to learn ground game, so he engaged. So yeah, you're obviously right. Mapache will just drop to his back as soon as the match starts... and Lamb will just practice his ground game, knowing it's a loss.
@@daaaaaaaaave It looked as though Lamb had zero ground game in this fight. He has heavy hands though. Also, he probably shouldn't practice in an actual fight, that's what the training room is for.

@@zazen69 depends if the guy wants to win or learn. It only went to the ground because he was willing to jump on him. If he decides he doesn't want to it doesn't go to the ground.

Gotta watch the lambs first two fights. They were apparently in the same day and were the most anti traditional MMA thing I've ever seen
You could see Lamb gulp in air after that choke let up. 5 more seconds and Mapache would've given him a nice lil nap. That stoppage was a robbery..

The Lamb is kinda a boxing equivalent of Charles Bennet or Kevin Randleman, he has crazy heavy and fast hands but very untrained on the ground relying on unorthodox manuevers which while risky work since he's durable and very athletic. In each fight you see him improve on the ground though .
He's only got four fights and this was his third so if you wanna see all of them this is the order

The Lamb was a favorite. That dude was special from his demeanor to his fight styles. El Mapache was slick and slippery. Nice BJJ game, but the Lamb’s calm under pressure and controlled, but explosive aggression is a treat.

Great fight. I legitimately enjoy these fights more than most of the UFC these days. The small ring, the wild dudes and various skill levels makes the whole thing more surprising in some way. Also, no gambling shoved in your face every few seconds.
Also, Demetrious cracking up at some of the antics is hilarious as well.
