If you want another con, outside of the beach there really isn’t that much to do. There’s the mall, bowling, the beach and after a year of living there and nothings new, it gets pretty boring in my opinion. Great for older folks who just want to relax by the water but for the younger people there’s a lack of opportunity career wise and not much recreation for them
Thank you for explaining why there are few homes available in Jensen Beach...I always look and never see anything. Now I know why 😆 I feel like Stuart is the same, or if you find a single family home in Stuart, they seem to have huge HOA fees 😅

@@nataliarhinehart we have! We live in Phoenix currently but my husband works from home. My inlaws are snowbirds and have a condo in Stuart so we have been plying with the idea of moving to FL so we can be closer to family. We have watched almost all of your videos! 😃

Grew uo in Jensen,, in the Skyline drive area, back then it was a sleepy little fishing town, in fact, my father baught a home on Linda Dr 3 bed 2 full bath, for $18.500 that was in 1968,. same home sold 2 years ago for 360K, so pay attention to that area, also RIO,, few, but some bargans can be found there
