It’s one of artificial ice walls near the Seolak Mt. in east area of Korea. The name is ‘Pandae’
There are 4 sections in Pandae ice wall, one is 100m length-ice wall that you saw.
However, the staffs decided not to freeze the 4 sections of ice wall as other winter because of Covid19.

The ice axe is X-Dream Alpine Ice Axe, Cassin from Italy, and most of Korea climbers do not use the epuipment as it is, but use it by tuning it. It means that climbers make to sharpen the blades of their pikels.
