Slower movements always provide that little extra feeling of care, diligence, and accuracy as you take your time for the examination and don't rush through things in a hurry. Love your videos, I have noticed there isn't much proximity effect (with it you can tell distance from mic, left, right, forward back etc.) are you using a lot of compression on the audio side?
