Vocodah is one of the strongest beatboxers right now and is an online world champion, and considering how much of a niche artform beatboxing is I'm so happy to see thousands of non-beatboxers enjoying it. Great stuff man

I really would have suspected someone like Vocodah to have more viewers live, such a low number at the time you showed up; that's just nutty to me tbh. The modern beatbox community needs a good positive spotlight on it; yes JUST like this. Imho Vocodah is definitely one of those really great beatboxers. (easily top 10 for me) Shoutouts to the obvious greats but clearly Vocodah deserves this time to shine a little.

i never understood dubstep, it sounds so great until the actual dub step part! in every dubstep song its the same, beautiful sounds, then a bunch of scraping metal at varying pitch. i do not understand the appeal lol. still really cool what you did tho!

If you're still looking for an answer, look up "sega beatbox sound", or some variation of that. Vocodah probably does the sound the best of anyone I've heard try it.
if you're interested in trying to learn it, it's called the 'sega sound' - it combines two other beatbox sounds, 'click roll' and 'zipper', in order to make, so it might take a while to learn, but it's fun to do :p
