OK. I have question, Does subarachnoid also goes around SCN? If it does, Does CSF have a direct physical contact with VLPO or does it blocked by BBB?

It's a matter of where the suspected infection manifests.
Lumbar puncture (spinal tap) is only done if your provider thinks you may have an infection of the brain or spinal cord.
