Whether this was made as a joke or a demonstration of skill, this is actually really good. On both fronts. It's an entire feat on its own to figure out how to get Forgotten Land Dedede's face out of T-pose.
You know it's pretty weird how both in the Kirby Games and the Kirby Anime how the Waddle Dees don't have mouths like it's weird and how they absorb the food from it like that's weird and also this is a pretty good animation I really like it I hope this year we get to see a Sequel Kirby Right Back At Ya cause like it would be cool if HAL made it
One thing I hope is that they put Magolor, Taranza and Susie (from Kirby's return to dreamland, Kirby triple deluxe and Kirby planet robobot respectively) as Dedede's apprentices.
Or maybe Marx as a threat to not just Dream Land, but he leads a bunch of Dark Matter under Zero's control, as well, making him a threat to the *ENTIRE UNIVERSE* itself!
In the manga waddle Dees and waddle doos do have mouths only whenever it's necessary for a joke. I'm in the camp that they have mouths we just can't see them.

So if you think about it, (Spoilers for the episode Hunger Struck) it's really Escargoon's fault that the Waddle Dees almost got starved by Dedede.
