FATEK PLC MATH FUNCTIONS

In this Lecture, we will discuss the MATH FUNCTIONS used in WINPROLADDER used to program FATEK PLC
. Math functions are mostly used in analog sensors to take data and manipulate them.
For this we will go to functions and select additions function. Click ok and give source a ,source b and destinations registers.
Put NO contact in first of function so that we can enable it as reguired. Now give it data and simulate it .
Similarly chose subtract and give it addresses of registers as previous.
Make sure that the register selected for result should be so much enough the it can handle the result .
For decimal points we will first convert integer numbers to float. So convert it using int to float. Give addresses and calculate it.
Repeat the same procedure for the second number and now use fadd function to perform addition. If you use simple add , it will skip the decimal part again.
