Thank you for showing the limited leather case. How's the fit? They don't show what it looks like on the Indiegogo and no one else has shown it. It's a limited add-on option for any of the backing tiers.
@@deadfred69 appreciate the reply. i love the ktr1 but its so up in the air ordering one officially and dont want to buy one used and it ends up being a model with a crap dpad/buttons. for that reason i was leaning towards this being less of a risk to purchase
@@deadfred69 Thanks, that's fairly fast considering it was also over the weekend. Thanks for your help, this has to be the best handheld out there with power and true pocket-ability. I don't want to carry a case or backpack, just slip it into a pocket and be able to play PS2/Wii games.
So yes this does amazing GBA but is the price worth it?💵

It fits really nice I really enjoy it although the way it's designed you want to put it upside down with the sticks up top
Sick video 🔥 my favorite handheld is the gameboy micro 🔥
Seems like the ultimate A30. It just has too many compromises with better use-case/priced devices. It would be a showstopper in a vacuum.
Nintendo new Gameboy Advance Micro XL
Decent device but the price is crazy. If it has a SD Gen 1, it might be worth it.
have you tried NDS games? i wonder how it looks some pokemon games on this device :)
It's an interesting device, but I'm probably getting a Retroid Pocket Mini instead.
Yes I'm ready to get the mini and see how size compares
The RP mini is arguably better at GBA than this due to the OLED screen at lower cost. They should have just made this plastic and priced it like 150$
yes I go between both. I feel blessed to have both but if I had to choose just one it would be the Retroid simply due to linux support
think i should try to get one of these or a used kt-r1?
For me, the Pocket Micro cause 4x GBA Is so nice on that size screen

@@NaanStop96 yes it'll do exactly that no problem just remember some PS2 games will struggle
@@deadfred69 any luck with overlooking in the system UI? Did you get better performance by doing that? Possibly lowering the render resolution?
Yes .75 looks good enough and gives full 60fps on many games
The screen protector is very disappointing. I thought it would cover the entire front glass.
They are now making one and they will be selling it it has to have the special cutouts I think that's what delayed it
@@deadfred69 glad to hear that. But sucks it wasnt included in the first place. Need to protect the screen before it releases
Too much money for me. I was always a GPH gp2x/wiz/caanoo guy over the dingoo. So not any nostalgia in the design for me.
200 bucks and can't see the screen?? No thx😂😂😂
I mean, to be fair, it is the same size screen as the Pow Kiddy V10 or R36s is just in a different shape
