When I saw Parker doing cursive I was impressed. Public schools here quit teaching it. I haven’t even planted my garden yet. Storms after storms. Making butter. Way better than store bought butter. Joe the pantry is looking good.
In Europe we still learn cursive, my brother’s kids are in grade school in Hungary and they still learn it. A really good exercise for fine hand movements.
Tina, you're bucking the education system-- teaching Parker cursive.. GOOD FOR YOU.. My grandson just finished 6th grade- I think they are the same age. He had a struggle with Agriculture but pulled off A's in class and wound up with all A's--- so of course Papa rewarded him with $50.. And his sister was also rewarded her Freshman year at UNF for making the Dean's List-- don't know where they got their smarts.. Tell Parker he is ahead of lower 48 students-- I saw him writing his name.. Good Luck to you guys..
Tina….you have some of the best (if not THE best) photography and videography on TH-cam. You have a gift!! As an aside, my brother was based at Elmendorf AFB for his USAR tour of duty after completing ROTC in college. I had the same obligation five years later, but I was an aircraft maintenance officer in Stuttgart, (West) Germany. Thanks to both you and Joe for your service to our country!!
Thank you for the segment with Asher and Rusty; I am so proud of Asher - the cats stay close to the cabin and that's a good thing. I love the ending with Bradley and Gunner - funny. Y'all are a wonderful family.
Thanks Regina! Yeah, we recently started letting them outside but only when we’re outside to supervise them. Now that they’re both neutered they may not wonder off again, but we’re not taking any chances.❤️❤️
I bought a counter top ice maker a couple years ago, GAME CHANGER. I absolutely LOVE it. Ice cube trays in the freezer, ya right, the food takes up way too much room. So, I fill a small bucket and run that machine till the bucket is full. Note to self, I need to make more ice, 🥶🤣 Great video as usual. Your flowers are so pretty 🏵🌸 Take care, Laurel 😁
Hi Tina! Congratulations on the new ice maker! You are uptown high rent now. LOL. Parker did a lovely job with your flowers. Glad to see Bradley and Gunner earning their keep and defending Joe from the stuffed animals. Your meals looked really yummy! Thanks for sharing your recipes.
Hi Tina, just sitting here relaxing watching you do all the work I should be doing but I quit! I'll leave it to you youngen's to entertain me instead. Can't wait to see the pantry finished. I worked on cleaning my pantry yesterday and it took me 4hrs. Geez work is never done around the house, I can't even imagine a homestead as beautiful as yours. Great job Joe!
Parker is becoming quite good at being the camera man. We've owned horses for decades. All my kids had riding lessons. It is amazing how natural Parker already is looking in the saddle. He is for sure a natural at it. SO happy to see him with the interest in riding. It becomes a passion that is part of his soul. Joe cant be denying his soulful needs!!! LOL It is one of the healthiest passions one can have and develop when young. Let him earn it. < JOE! Keep massaging Tina. It is a beautiful thing to watch your child fall in love with their horse

It looks so nice and cozy in your house. What a wonderful feeling it must be for your Tina that Joe brings your ideas to life. And Parker is getting stronger and stronger with all his help in and around the cabin. ✌💗💗🤗
Love the new colour on the door Tina! It's been wonderful watching Spring come alive in Alaska, and the flowers on the porch are beautiful, I recently saw on a New Zealand channel that they use wool from their sheep on the vegetable garden which worked well and they re-use it.
Loved seeing Parker load and stack the firewood next to the wood stove! The flowers y'all planted are beautiful! I have that same ice maker and LOVE it!!! Oh my goodness I smiled so big watching you fill that glass with ice!!! ❤️🥰

LOVE the beautiful notecards you are now making Tina‼️What a YUMMY DINNER you made Tina‼️👍I love that color green you chose for the door- and the pretty wreathe accents it so nicely Tina👍😊
A big hello, from little old England. Like watching your natural way of living, Joes seems to be able to turn his hands to anything.A lovely way to bring Parker up.keep them videos coming please. Best regards Andy.
Loved this...I just moved back to WV and love watching the wildlife outside my diningroom table...deer..ducks..squirrels, all different types of birds.
Awesome video Tina....for your ice maker...as it makes ice put it in a zip lock and throw it in the other freezer so you always have it on hand. That dinner looked amazing as well! I love the color of the front door and I love that wreath. You should buy a fake dove to stick in the middle of that wreath I think that would be awesome!!!
I am in Ontario Canada and there are plans underway to bring back cursive which is great! I live with my daughter and 4 and 7 year old grandsons - blanket forts are always a feature of our interior decor! Love the new front door colour. Another great video, Tina. Thanks!😍🇨🇦
You're really talented, Tina! I think that every time I watch your work and I really enjoy coming along for the ride in your life adventure ;-) Thanks for sharing it with us.
I was surprised to see the cats outside. I know you keep an eye on them. I'm sure they enjoy the time with nature. My four are trained to stay at the front door when it is open but I have to keep reminding them they cannot go outside anymore. A sick animal (maybe a racoon) must have left a gift on the porch and our black cat got sick like really bad. I call it kitty covid. The little girl was also sick for weeks. It just seemed to hang on. I used to let them on the porch, but now I keep them inside. I want a catio for them some day. Got to get my guy on board with it. He says okay but not right now. So I also want to say how I love the bird feeders and flower boxes. Nice touch. Hope you all have a wonderful summer. I'm sure Parker is looking forward to the break as you must be too. Take care and God bless.
@@HomeFreeAlaska Just wanted to mention Tina that I was born and raised in the LA area of CA. It was a magical time with Disneyland and Knotts Berry Farm.
Hi Tina, Parker& Joe, Great video🎉🎉🎉 Parker is growing up fast and he is such a helpful young man and doing well with home schooling. Joe the pantry looks lovely🎉🎉❤❤ Tina thanks for sha ring with us!!!! Sorry to see it end❤❤❤❤😊😊
You are all amazing 🤩. The work, love and vision you all have is great! Glad to see kitties playing ❤. Always enjoy your work and time you put in your videos. Thank you for allowing us to be a part of your journey.
You have a really nice house it has come along way, Joe is an excellent Craftsman. I see a code violation with the electrical wiring, it mat save you from an electrical fire some day. Any electrical connection has to be in a metal box with a bonded ground to the box. This keeps any sparks from igniting the walls or ceiling in case of a surge or a failure in the system, it helps the breaker trip faster using the ground wire. Many older homes are lost to electrical fire for this reason. They make surface mount pancake boxes for the ceiling , and surface mounts for the wall. Thanks for making great videos, your house is awesome. 👍👍😁😁
Great job guys, well done on the pantry and garden. Can’t wait for our fishing and blueberry adventures, going to the offgrid cabin and hiking trips. 🖐️
Gloomy and raining here in Washington, too. I count it as a blessing. The forecast for our summer shows drought. Water is our blessing this week. I am just glad it came after all the fruit trees, bushes, and berries have blossomed and set fruit. Love all the progress. That pantry is going to be amazing!! You guys rock! Alright I will be quiet and watch the video 😂

Love the card with the fireweed on it and the one with your flag covered in snow in your garden, sitting there on your rocking chair with a coffee in the morning looks so peaceful, also looking forward to see. Your remote cabin again. Great job on your pantry .
My likes... color of the front door, the pantry light is really cool, watching Sarah drink her milk with her little tail just wagging, Pete wearing his cowboy hat, watching Bradley and Hunter with the bear...
