Thank you for addressing the fact that not every lucid dreamer dreams visually. The term aphantasia is new to me. I'm excited to research more about it. While I sometimes have visual dreams, I've noticed most of mine are based on feelings/sensations.
Love this topic and I've had interesting things happen in my dreamtime. I've had cross over dreams at different times involving my Dad and sister, was out of my own body and touched my face and felt both a face get touched and touching a face at the same time. I have also had a message about my beloved fur baby passing in a dream and 4 months later that happened and before my Nan passed away I had a series of 5 dreams that all came to be. I've had a person from my past standing in my room watching me while I sleep, I have felt my forehead getting touched three times and opened my eyes and connected with someone from my past and even had someone from my past in a dream tell me they thought they were dying and I ended up doing this thing to help them in my dream. I have found over time what goes on in my dreams has expanded and it seems to be quite the rabbit hole you can go down. My latest thing is sometimes going through what seems to be a peep hole and getting information that way and I often have so much happening in my third eye before sleeping or waking up. I decided to start a dream journal so I can keep track of all the experiences.
What is it called when lucid dreams turn out to out to be real life's future predicament. I have had more than a dozen of this type of future predicting lucid dreams after my three near death out of body experiences, where you are visualizing your unconscious body from above. This type of out of body visualization is where you see 180 degrees or half a sphere simular to the vision of a fly. The only difference between what you actually see in the future with lucid dreams that are leading you and you not leading the dream, is inverted with the left being right and right being left, but the up and down is the same. This type of dream is realized when I wake up and immediately know it was not an ordinary dream with the dream still being memorized for some time after the lucid predicting dream is lived through. I do not forget this type of dream until I have lived through it. I am 67 without having any of this type of future predicting dreams for five years and still have three of the dreams to be lived through in my future. One of my dreams we all lived through with the pandemic and Plexiglas with masks.

This and the one with Arnaud Delorme are the best videos.
