So wanted to ask can any qualified assessor officially assess and generate new certificate for the property they own or have a vested interest in? Thanks
Hi RP, Thanks for watching and for dropping a comment, that`s correct, if you are a qualified DEA you can carry out EPC assessments on your own properties, they will just get flagged to be reviewed on submission.
