Great video on the Honda Crosstourer! I have the Honda 750XDct and love that! Perfect height as I am a tall woman and the handlebar placement is on point with my long arms and best of all Im sitting upright and not in a slouch position like the cruiser I had previously. The ride is so smooth and I'm sure it's the same on the Crosstour. I find the seat a wee uncomfortable too especially on a long ride. Theres a Shad seat with foam tgat can raise the seating position a little bit and make for a more comfortable ride. 👍
I am considering this bike for my next purchase but other reviews talk about how unsophisticated / intrusive / and annoying the traction control system is versus the newer version found on the Africa Twin. I know you can shut it off but ideally you want it to work well enough so that you don't just automatically switch it off for every ride. I would love to hear some opinions about how people feel it works on this particular bike and how they set it to work for them.
@@ramonmn5899 I love when people reply to my comments I wrote years ago it always makes me chuckle seeing an old comment. I ended up going with the nc750x instead.
What Honda could have done with a 1200+ cc V4. But didn't. Funky V-angle, funky firing order. So BLAND. Sounds like a small displacement old-school Triumph Bonneville. Compare to what Yamaha did with a large V4? th-cam.com/video/BmiNnBKa85w/w-d-xo.html Or the charismatic V-twin DL1000? th-cam.com/video/DDP-7IaUReA/w-d-xo.html
In the last decade, I've ridden too many things to recall. Triples, twins (of several kinds), fours. Cruisers, superbikes, motard, nakeds, scooter, and more. I have a good idea what happens with most engines. I prefer the thrust of a beastly Vtwin sportbike, for mechanical and emotional reasons.
Its Honda. End of story. U can fight it as much as u want, i did, u just cant win. Its the best u can get in motorcycle world. Its just fucking perfection. Everything is odd but yet, everything works so perfect its unreal. Thank you and ride safe!
One of Best bikes on the planet.
You can see he's been riding a Harley for 14 years, he's not leaning in the curves!

In regard to this being a tall bike, how tall of a person do you need to be to be comfortable putting your feet down at stops, etc. I'm 5'10".
It's a great looking bike, really needs cruise control though....
MC Cruise... for $500

cruise control and lose the beak, or i would have one.
What is the purpose of the beaks ?
Beaks get better. Suzuki improved the beak in 2018 on the DL1000.
throttle lock and a hacksaw will solve your problems
