Hey PJ D, the EXP has WiFi so can do updates out of the box, just enter your WiFi in settings. It comes with 18 Capcom games and 5 hidden games on the system, and the irem cart with a further 6 games on it. Its definitely worth it. Its a lovely machine, tate mode is awesome. All I will say is some of the original first 10 carts are a bit bigger and can be a bit of an arse to slide in and out of the machine, but that was only the first run for people who bought them with the original handheld at the start. All the ones floating about now to buy should be fine, all mine are okay as I bought them later, not at the original launch.
I'd only played 1942/3 before getting the EXP, 1944 was a really pleasant surprise and is probably my most played of the Capcom collection so far.
Hey Genejoke, thank you so much for watching. Yes this game was such a great surprise I'd never played it before either. Loved the hell out of it! 🔥
Is the xp worth getting and is it ok straight out of the box? Do you need to get updates? I love the look of 1944.
Carry on the great reviews.
