Good stuff, Tyler. I heard through the grapevine that we have pups from the same litter in ID. Jesse (sp?), is a little further along than mine (Basil), so great to see her in the mix. I look forward to your puppy work video for sure! Cheers.
I just bought a cz bobwhite g2 in 28ga after a short ownership of a benelli ethos cordoba. Spent the weekend shooting at clays and hitting a few to start with, but got much better as the time went on. A sxs definitely shoots a bit different than a semi auto for sure. Looking forward to carrying it for upland. Its not high end or refined but for the 650 i bought it for i have damn few complaints if any.
I’ve hunted pheasants in mid southern South Dakota for 40 years. So many pheasants but we don’t have Quail or Partridge or prairie chicken. Wonder why? Same habitat.
@@Thewesternwingshooterpodcast How they know when to freeze like they do when they sense a bird, that natura? Kind of hunting dog I like to hunt behind..good for you!
Beautiful habitat, incredible hun covey size, good dog work. What a memorable day!
Great video!
Nice. Can't complain with all those birds, makes it a little easier to get out on those bad days.
They are all good days:)
Nice video!!
Great video!!! October is the best time of the year.
It sure is!
Awesome! You should have a field bred cocker heeling next to you. Dogs go on point and then release the cocker! It’s a fun, cool hunt!
Awesome. Dogs are fantastic 👌 Good job Tyler.

Killing it as usual! We are going to Colby Kansas this weekend for the Ringneck Classic to do some hunting so this is perfect to get us pumped up!
I’ll be making a stop in Kansas in a few weeks on my way to Arizona!
Beautiful hunting grounds, we don't have much left in New Jersey. All our birds are stocked by the state game commission.

Seems like late season is the time of season where you have to know what to look for in habitat
It’s pretty easy late season actually. When it gets cold just look for thick cover close or in ag fields that they feed in.
