This still holds up 2023!
Most definitely 😊
First to comment. Also, I loved this series when I was a kid. Looking back on it now…damn. They just don’t make good cartoons, like this, anymore.
I was 5 when the series came out. Not a bad series
That chicken was dry...
This series Deserved better. 🤬😢
I love old-ass cartoons 👍
I love this show, I go back to watch it frequently over the years. I grew up watching this and it’s a show they should akosultlty bring back. However, I do have a minor rant for this episode...
@13:37 I don’t know why it bothers me so much, but this scene really grinds my gears. Just prior to this scene Ingrid uses the word “albeit” and it’s apparently some huge deal even though it’s a super normal word. The writers have Malika use it to make the point she is is especially smart and similar to Ingrid, but what bothers me is she uses it totally *wrong.* Ingrid is so excited someone else is using this basic word, but seems to ignore the fact it’s being used incorrectly.
Albeit: “although"
Wiley: "skilled at gaining an advantage, especially deceitfully”
Example,
"he was making progress, albeit rather slowly”
To say, *“Your athletic, albeit Wiley, moves”* makes no sense.
Your athletic “although” Wiley moves.
Those things don’t have a disconnect. There is no reason to be surprised by referring to something as both athletic and skilled at gaining advantage, which seems like a natural connection.
The *ENTIRE* point of not just the scene, not just this conversation, but the entire point of just the mere use of this one single word, was meant to convey both intelligence and a connection to Ingrid (who used it correctly), but by using it wrong, they make the exact opposite point. I mean, I don’t know how it would get past so, so many people, many of whom are professional writers.
Wish they could make a reboot this.
Only problem is, Fillmore's VA is kind of a complete mess, so you'd have to recast him.
FILLMOOORE!
What if Fillmore and Ingrid teamed up with Kim Possible/ TJ and his gang( Recess)
Jeez, an eighth grader using training wheels?
😂😂😂
She used what she got at the moment.
Do you mean the bike she stole from a little kid?
And now, FILLMORE:
