Great video! I’m just getting started and don’t have a big budget. Do you have any recommendations for a cheap and good sequencer or other tools to help me start jamming techno live? I’m currently using Ableton.
I could play 5 hi-hat pattern simultaneously technically, but in this example I record two. I make the transitions of the Modular samples often slowly and of the hat patterns often fast
@@wilonweb okay perfect. I "can" play longer of course, but I think after 1h I`ve said enough. Besides the hats/rides, every patch is improvised, so it is 1 hour of creating tracks instantly - but that's the fun
How wonderful! I have the same looper and bought it for this exact purpose! There's lots of loopers out there but I love the simplicity of the RC505.
This set is awesome instant tecno

@@Naimimelloul Yes, check out the Korg SQ-1 or the Arturia Beatstep (the normal one)
@@Frisqo thanks a lot, looking forward to your next videos ! :)
Am I right, you can play only two different hihat pattern? How do you make the transitions, between the recorded loop and a new one?

@@Frisqo Thank you! How do you make transitions in your modular could be an interesting topic for the future. 🙂
How long can you play set with it
I feel comfortable with playing 1h if you mean that.
@@Frisqo yes i talk about that
