I'm planning spend 5 days (mondat-friday) and make Domovnica and passport... Thanks!!!
Congratulations on your new citizenship!! That must be very exciting!! If you're already registered as a citizen, then it should be easy to get your domovnica from the registrar. Regarding the passport, standard processing is 30 days but you can request to expedite it to 48 hours in Zagreb only. Good luck!
In 2020, the Croatian government revised the law on citizenship and got ride of the language, history and culture test that was previously required for Croatian descendants. Currently, the only scenario where someone must prove their language skills is when they are naturalizing under Article 8. This basis is for people who are completely on their own - have no heritage and are not married to a Croatian citizen.
