Inside out #8 | Grades de discos

Desta vez destacamos a produção das grades de discos, que se inicia com a soldadura manual ou robotizada dos componentes. Segue-se a montagem dos discos aos veios e, consequentemente, a ligação destes elementos ao chassi principal da grade.
De seguida a grade dirige-se para os acabamentos, onde são feitas, por exemplo, as ligações hidráulicas, para poder ser finalmente testada e enviada para o cliente.

This time, we highlight the production of disc harrows, which begins with manual or robotic welding of components. It follows the assembly of the discs to the shafts and, consequently, the connection of these elements to the main chassis of the grid.
Then the grid goes to the finishes, where the hydraulic connections are made, for example, so that it can be finally tested and sent to the customer.
