That was weird, because of the camera being point of view, at about 4'30" , just as the countersunk hole was being finished, I suddenly became aware that I was filling my lungs to blow away the swarf! Brilliant video!
I'm surprised you don't use more fixturing jigs to make the parts in batches quickly! Looks like a good product Also what brand is your 40 position toolpost? It looks different to ones I have seen
