How I love Santana! Trust me, the two of you will become fast fans. Carlos Santana knows how to make his guitar talk. I agree ladies, I always want to get up and dance when I hear this song. I hope to see more Santana reaction videos down the road. I could see the two of you really getting into the song...lol. Love seeing that. Another excellent job my sweet ladies! Enjoy your week and looking forward to more reaction videos. Love & Blessings 💖
Carlos Santana is the master of Melody, he takes you on a journey with every note, he's living proof that the volume knob doesn't have to be set at 10.
You hear the first two notes, and you instantly know it's Carlos Santana. I was first introduced to his music with the album Abraxas in 1970, and have been an addict to his music since then.
Retired Boomer here. I congratulate you youngsters on discovering the music of my youth. In the spring of 1970, Santana's big hit was "Oye como va". I remember it well. Yes, I am that old! None of us English speakers understood the lyrics, but nobody cared. It was just great music.
Mana is the largest latin pop group in Latin America, filling stadiums 50-70K people. Been around since early 90s. This collaboration with Santana is extra good.. listen to Smooth with Santana feat. Rob Thomas and you get more groove!!
Santana's Transcendence is the most beautiful song I've ever heard. And you have to listen to Europa. Santana is in a genre all his own. Good choice, ladies. Your reactions are perfect!
Hi Girls, I luv Santana, I'm old school so I've been into them since Woodstock days, so a great tune is "Oye Como Va". Carlos Santana is a great guitar player but the Organ on it or "Black Magic Woman" which both were from 1970 were excellent to quote the movie Wayne's World LOL
We are in sync! I am wearing my Mana t-shirt today. I saw this and got super excited and was dancing and singing along the whole time! Also, love the shirts, ladies! Another great video!
Best reaction I've watched in a long time. You girls had so much fun with this song. You're enjoyment was contagious. And I loved that you understood the words.
50 Plus years of creativity - lot to listen to with this man. I have seen him live many times, he is in the top 1% of musicians. need a tune give me buzz.
Carlos Santana is considered one of the best guitarist ever. Yes played with dozens and dozens of bands period and has his own solo career. You seriously need to check out more of Carlos
Santana has one of the most recognizable liquid fluid guitar tones in Rock History. I loved you guys mentioning him running his fingers all the way down to the bottom of the neck. That's an iconic riff he often uses. I first heard him do it on the Album California Jam 2 in the opening song Jugando. Juliet describing how emotional his playing is was spot on. He puts his soul into every note he plays. You 2 dancing at the end was awesome! Mia did a fantastic job explaining the songs meaning(I don't speak Spanish). It's really neat that an 11 year old can enlighten a 55 year old as to the meaning of a song I have listened to for so long. I think the song will seem a bit different to me going forward. You both did such an excellent job! Keep it up!! YEE!!!
Santana has always been one of my top groups to listen to. For more than 50 years Carlos and the rest of Santana have never failed in music. Pick a song, any song from their first 3 or 4 albums and you will not be disappointed. Abraxas is my all time favorite Santana album. Play it, react to it, you're gonna love it.
Fantastic! I treasure my one Santana vinyl LP 'Moonflower' As for a reation there are many but Robin Trower 'Too Rolling Stoned'. Keep up the awesome channel :)
Hey ladies! Santana was a true pioneer in both classic rock and Latin music genres. Actually, in my youth, went to a few concerts back in the early and late seventies. Never a dis appointment. Considers these too... Santana: Europa (Earth's Cry Heaven's Smile) Live in London 1976; also and on Moonflower album Flor D’Luna, Moonflower Album Soul Sacrifice, Woodstock, 1969
That was your first time seeing Santana??! OMG! Santana is LIFE!! His music is so powerful and passionate! Keep checking out Santana! You will love it!!
I don't believe that I've ever crossed anybody who DOESN'T enjoy Carlos Santana...one of the few left who played at the original Woodstock (I have no doubt that you young ladies would dig taking a weekend to check out the videos and the music that have been made of the show...Someone with a better memory will correct me, but if my own memory serves, there's a fifteen year old guitar wizard of a young dude with a huge 'fro that you'll see playing Woodstock with Santana...Neil Schonn (sp?), who later would show up in the band Journey). Apologies for ratchet-jawing so much...keep em comin ladies.
Carlos Santana is my absolute favourite guitarist love the way your journey is going ladies Santana really is the best in the world for me try reacting to OYE COMA VA it’s epic nice to see your steering away from the heavy heavy head banging now it seems you’re becoming more sophisticated in your choices lovely to see how your discovering different music Let’s get to it Yeah all power to you Mia and you Juliet your brilliant well done 👍 really looking forward to the future
Another great video ladies. The drummer for Mana is also the drummer for Heavy Metal Super Group De La Tierra along with Andres Kisser of Sepultura. They do songs in Spanish and Portuguese you should check them out.
Wondered when you'd get around to Carlos Santana. This comes from the supernatural album in which every song is a collaborated effort with other bands. Quite ballsy of him! Don't think others would be so daring
As a guitar player I've listened to Carlitos since 1969. I can honestly say he's in my top three guitar players, of all time. Thanks for reacting to him, and do some more Santana some time. Great job, as usual!
The band Journey came out of Santana back in the day. Journey's guitarist Neal Schon joined Santana at age 16 and Greg Rolie was the keyboardist and lead singer for Santana before they both formed Journey.
I listened to Carlos Santana for the first time in my life in 1976, I was 13 years old. He became very famous in Italy with the wonderful song "Europa". He was considered the best guitarist in the world! Ho ascoltato per la prima volta in vita mia Carlos Santana nel 1976, avevo 13 anni. Divenne famosissimo in Italia con la canzone "Europa", stupenda. Era considerato il più bravo chitarrista al mondo! 😍
Good job girls great reaction same reaction I had first time I heard it about 50 years ago laugh out loud my brother was working for Mexican oil company down in Mexico came up in Northern California on vacation he had this 59 Chevy pickup with a the Cadillac V8 that thing was fast as heck. Santana was very popular at that time he had an 8-track player with their music on it we were driving all along the coast of California with that album just blaring good memory
This song is a great mixture of Santana and Mana. Great choice :) This song led me to buy every Mana album I could get my hands on :) Of course, it's so hard to find a bad song with Santana involved too.
Holy cow someone who actually understood irony correctly! Yes the song is sad yet you want to do the opposite of it, you wanna dance which is normally a happy thing! Ha ha! Good job.
Mia, that is quite the amazing Latino accent you have there! Color me impressed! Santana is an iconic band with a rich and diverse library of hits. They even played at Woodstock in 1969! Their song "Smooth" featuring vocals from Rob Thomas is great! And I know the two of you are still considering when to react to Walk Off The Earth, you know you want to!! Peace,
My favorite guitarist, Carlos Santana! There are so many decades and songs to choose from. This song is from the Supernatural album with so many great colabs. I had the CD in the 90s and still listen to it today. Great reaction…you can’t help but dance 😃
Santana typically does not sing but rather lets his guitar sing for him .... at some point he will reach out and grab your heart .... He will make your heart race and then calm ... you are then his!
Beautiful job girls. I've never been too much of a Santana fan, but recognize his talent. That was a fun song musically speaking but without your onsite and reactions I never would have understood what the lyrics meant. Keep singing and dancing girls⚘⚘⚘❤❤❤
I wish Mr. Santana would watch these girls react. I'll bet anything he would invite them to sit onstage and watch him play. I also believe he would be flattered big time by your reactions to his videos.
@@danasfaith5738 Thank you for your reply!!! I don't have any granddaughters but if I did I would be thrilled if they were as sweet as you two. I hope you have a great day and long and happy lives. Bless you both. Sincerely: Jose Clark.
Nice reaction. I almost fell out of my seat when you said you didn't know Carlos. How did you get this far listening to rock without hearing of him? Just kidding. But it really is a shame you missed out on one of the masters all this time. All I can say is listen to more Carlos. He's worked with a lot of folks over the years. He's got a shopping list of songs to listen to that are all good. So just pick what ever comes up first because none of them will disappoint you. Your gonna have to unbuckle cause he's gonna make you want to dance some more while rocking out.
Hi girls. My name is Lawrence Santana. I haven't seen anyone do any reaction videos the band KISS. So here are some recommendations. "Shock me" live 9-1-1977 Houston Tx, "Love gun" live 12-20-1977, "Calling Dr. Love" live 1977, and "God of thunder" live 2-18-1977. I know these are all from 1977 but the band is still performing, i just think you will love these performances.
You can't help but move to the music of Carlos Santana, and coupled with Mana is adding sugar on top! Been loving this song for more than 20 years, and Carlos Santana even longer! His whole SUPERNATURAL album is fire! Check it out. And you ladies are just too cute!
I have loved this song ever since Santana's Supernatural album came out in the late 90's. I don't speak a word of Spanish, but it doesn't matter. A great song transcends language.
Fabulous reaction to a wonderful song, actually the entire album is pure🔥🔥🔥! If you haven’t yet, please go for “Maria, Maria” and “Smooth”. Without a doubt my favorite album to dance to! You girls rock🤘🏿💜🎵🥳
This is my favourite Santana song even though I don't understand a word (por favor) of the great vocal by Mana. Some of Carlos best work as well in my opinion. Thanks for reacting.
Attention Young Ladies! Please check out Santana's, "Europa", the live version from the album Moonflower...then there's, "Song of the Wind", from Caravanserai. ☆ Killer guitar!!

If I'm not mistaken a former U.S president put that album into a time capsule. That album was my first exposure as well!
Super album , Abraxas 👍🏻

Great reaction! I've met Alex, the drummer for Mana back in 2012 at the NAMM SHOW in Anaheim. Nice guy!
Santana's Soul Sacrifice from Woodstock is a must. An EPIC performance that made them famous.
Absolutely! Amen!
100% agree
Carlos is, excuse the cliché, LARGER than Life. This man has always had a passion for music and "life"... God Bless.
