Well, i believe one will materialize eventually But, they lost Igarashi and (part of,im not sure what employees are still at Konami) his team, its not gonna be easy to just form a new team to handle Castlevania if they still had senior staff who worked on CotM, thats my biggest hope. But just like it took many years for Bloodstained, it will take awhile for a new Castlevania
@@astraldog3359 Bloodstained, while a great game on it's own, is not Castlevania though. It's characters are nowhere near iconic as Dracula, Alucard, or Simon/Richter Belmont. Or even semi-iconic as Sypha and Maria.

Dracula doesn’t have a nasty breath because garlic repels against vampires and they hate the smell of garlic. I seen vampire movies like Van Helsing starring Hugh Jackman as Van Helsing.
If you have the Silent Hill DLC for Dead By Daylight, and perform that code in the main menu while you have Pyramid Head selected, the DBD theme will change into a retro rendition, and you unlock the Vic Viper cosmetic charm :D Unfortunately, they don't seem to have done anything with Castlevania
It's kinda a double edged sword for characters you like being put into DBD, it means that Dracula was basically made a whipping boy for the bland "entity". Honestly, there should be a ultra grand finale last update where the villains and heroes are like "you know what? screw this" and team up and JJK the entity to escape.
To be fair, Dracula technically isn't a Konami thing either, just this specific rendition of Dracula is. Also, based on the newer lore thanks to Aria of Sorrow, Dracula always was a whipping boy for Chaos (the true master of the castle). For all we know, the Entity is just another aspect of Chaos.
Don't want a reboot, want a continuation of the original series. There's still a gaping hole in the timeline before Aria of Sorrow that needs to be filled...

What will Dracula do to the survivors? Drain their blood, or impale them on wooden stakes? Not sure about having Trevor as a survivor, though, considering he has, y'know, killed Dracula before.
Trevor should still be capable enough, that's the problem with picking survivors that can actually fight (Leon and Ash are good examples) and put them in this game. They can't fight. This game is great but survivors are placed at a serious almost unfair disadvantage in gameplay. You are practically forced to pick specific skills or your dead in the water. I'd suggest a seasonal skill tree and inherit survivors traits that when combined in gameplay ease up the tension
To be fair, the latest collection did come with a bonus full remaster of Haunted Castle, which ia a lot more than what we've gotten before. (along with more QoL features not present in older collections too)
This sounds really cool actually. I'm really surprised they haven't brought more Castlevania collections faster to modern platforms. I really would like to have the 3D ones along with Castlevania Symphony of the night. And almost seems like they are holding that one back. The PS2, PS3 & PS4 have them. It's time to release them to all.

Belmonts are supposed to need Vampire Killer to do that. As for the other Killers? Yeah, a poor choice.
