    This video comes out right when i decide to change my perspective on work out and to desacralize it, i think it will help 😄 i hope soon i'll feel confident enough to exercice outside in my town 🤞 (sorry for the bad english ^^)

    I love your ideos! I recently have tried to shift my relationship with working out too and seeing it more as ~ movement ~ and it's totally changed the game. It's become more spiritual versus me trying to achieve a certain body.
