@@basmashamon1 isnt all bags suppose to be random for every royal high player? I couldnt find the last one so i gave up and traded for it. Payed bunny slippers (I had duplicates) and 3500 diamonds.

some of them can be found in lamp posts, bushes, you should also check both train areas and the areas side to the new year ball drop area

Here are some tips for the bag quest!
1. Check the black lightstands in the new years stage and party
2.check behind plants
3.always go to the light polls first for the BAGS
4.check the train rail( left and right )
5.check the ticket booth
6.use glowing objects to immune the bags
7.always check on walls and between buildings
8.check at the back of the stage
Hope these help you with the vioncii's quest!

for people looking for bags, the places i missed were in the alleyways between the buildings, lamp posts and spawn (around the snowmen and the stage on top of pillars and the buildings, etc). for people doing the code for the dog quest, there should be two on the sewer "doors," around the dead ends. And two on the walls of the sewers (I found mine near the entrance, but it’s different for everyone). The ones on the walls are harder to find because the letters are darker, so walk slowly
Tysm! But can you maybe mention places where you didn't miss at first? Because I pretty much found the bags in these places, but I'll double check again.
oh and a bag is also in the checkout place at the theater thing

If your stuck at 33 bags and can’t find the other ones, quit the quest and restart. This is because the bags glitched out of the map. Sadly, I had to restart but I ended up getting the magnificent heels!
