Great video!! I enjoyed it a lot since I have a 302e. I'm wondering if the weight of the cell phone slowed yours down a little. Another video has the 302e going 23mph and mine just seems faster than 19mph. It's a very light car and hard to get going in a straight line. I enjoy the challenge on and off road. It's possible it could have slowed it down but not enough to make up for the speed printed on the box. I ran these things 3s and they are insane. Glad you like the videos!

They are pretty fun! With a slightly taller tire I think you could gain a decent amount of speed. Plus not a heavy ass above military spec phone/gps on it lol. No 40 mph like the Amazon listing says but close. They are almost just to small for that speed. At least to be controllable lol.
@@Stizzy_BK on the ESC it says 2-3s lipo. It also says 25 Amp which doesn't seem like enough. It's 65Km/hr so that's about 40 mph. I think it's definitely doable on 3s.

It’s because you used your phone as a gps instead of an actual gps you need to take into account the fact that your phone weighs enough to slow the rc down
I never noticed lol. The caps screw on so they can pop off if hit too hard. Honestly because of how light they are it's almost impossible to really break them lol.
This deerc company is too overclaim for their products especially for the performance..i have 1 sandy land 1:18 model when i test with phone gps just got 20kmh only..and last month i bought 9206e model with 540 motor.too under power when i tested it indoor and not even 1 time can do wheelie compared to xinlehong 9125..then i decided to return it back to the seller. In my opinion you better go for 1:16 scale for cheap hobby grade rc which are the hbx 16889 or sg1601/sg1602 and xinlehong 9136 for brushed version or hbx 16889a pro and q901/902/903 for brushless version.
@@Savage_Buddy21 well these little guys also have a 25A ESC and stock run about 20mph. I have run them 3s and they go closer to 30 but they are too small for that speed lol. A little bigger tires and you would get more speed.

@@Savage_Buddy21 it only comes with a 2S and really probably should stay on 2S. You will get closer to that rated speed on 3S. Unfortunately most manufacturers overstate their speed ratings. It’s not right but that’s why you watch these videos from people who do the real tests. I would say most of my Arrma RC’s will do “what’s printed on the box” speed or close enough.
I would say they handle and perform identically. I did put a 3s battery in the 302e though now and it's much faster. Not really controllable lol but fun. I can try and double fist controllers lol but in the end I wouldn't expect any difference being that I do have both and they are so close that if there were a difference it would be marginal. I think it comes down to styling and I do prefer the look of the 302e.
No they shouldn't. Each car is bound to its specific transmitter so that shouldn't happen. I've never experienced that having turned them both on at the same time
Yeah I understand that. To be real that phone doesn't weigh that much. They don't even notice it. I did put 3s in these trucks and they do rated speed. Too fast for these little things lol

I mean the DeeRC is pretty small. 1/18th scale. You could get bigger vehicles if you really wanna drive in dirty and mud . You could get a 2wd Traxxas Slash for around 200 bucks. I like these little DeeRC trucks but they are just kinda small

the 38mph is rated with a 3s battery, but the excess speed and voltage wears the motor faster

Hi I've just bought the deerc 200e. It's got the 2845 brushless. What motor will make it faster..
