- The South African justice department says it has studied and welcomes the judgment by the high court in Malawi regarding the extradition hearing of pastor Shepherd Bushiri and his wife. Justice ministry spokesperson Chrispin Phiri spoke with eNCA's Sally Burdett. Courtesy of #DStv403

I think, the problem here is not Bushiri neither Mlawian justice, it is ideed our own dubious SA justice system. At first, Bushiri was denied baill but soon afterward, he is given bail . Then again, he is allowed by our own system, to skip the bail, and ranaway to his home country. Bushiri is even mocking the SAPS as we speak, rightly so, So just let the man be.
You just speak what you don't know, go and equip yourself with knowledge before you speak those allegations that are baseless

Never seen anything like this before, where victims or complainant form one country are asked to testify in another country on the claims made. I would want to believe that the honors to prove the need for extradition is on the country requesting such. Malawi will never send him back but the flip side is anyone fro Malawi is charged in RSA they don’t get bail will also make it difficult for Malawians to get permits in the RSA. This case is about extradition. Malawi will be taking over & trying Bushiri mostly court will be saying to the accusers how dare you accuse our prophet.
That only vindicates what Bushiri has been saying that there is no justice in SA. Deal with Bushiri and follow the extradition laws professionally. Does the South African govt intervene on judicial matters? Malawi need only follow the extradition laws to the letter and the Malawian govt should not intervene.
