name of the song is actually "Nomundalai". Ordos folk song.

@@gaelescaravage5631 well, that's the problem with the world we live in... this is a song from my hometown and I grow up singing but now I have to prove it because there is nothing on the Internet? :-) Anyway, check this out - urna.com/cds/. Scroll down to the CD called Tal Nutag and you will see the song "Nomundalai" listed. I know it says "Nomun" instead of "Nomon" but that's just a difference in transliteration. But "nomin" is a completely different word (Nomin meaning green, but Nomon is a religious/buddhist word, probably same as "namu" ). Urna is a singer from Ordos so you can trust her :-)
