Gentle Fluidity Silver is a fantastic fragrance that I’m surprised many Fragrances do not talk about. It is my current work fragrance and it’s my current most complimented fragrance. The compliments mostly came from people I don’t know or don’t particular talk to plus it lasts all day for me
Enclave is one of my favourites from Amouage and I agree with you - it is not the best for the hot summer days (for me, Sunshine Man is perfect for that), but for everything else Enclave is fantastic. One of the best signature scents if you like spicy mint fragrances.
I don't know how I feel about Sunshine Man to this day. I think I'll take Beach Hut or Bracken over it still, but I have a solid amount left of my Sunshine decant and I might give it a wearing or two this summer.
@@Jake-dc8yx In my city hot summer days often reach 40 or more degrees Celsius and when I wear Enclave on those days that spicy mint note goes full nuclear. If I wear it outside it is not a big deal, but in the office it becomes a problem, cause it projects like crazy. There is something with Amouage fragrances that goes very well with my skin and they become much stronger in the summer. Sunshine Man is similar, but it doesnt project as loudly as Enclave and mostly leaves a nice and intoxicating boozy, sweet and citrusy smell.
@@ScentSense I have tried Bracken and I really did not like it. Whole time I was smelling earthy, wet, dump vegetation notes. I was honestly very dissapointed cause I had high hopes for that fragrances when I first saw its note breakdown. I still have to try Beach Hut. As for Sunshine Man, from the start to the end I can feel its boozy and sweet (vanilla) notes, mixed with spicy and citrusy orange, with some woody notes at the end. It is almost gourmand scent for me but it works for the summer cause it is not overpowering even though it last like 10 to 12 hours on my skin. And I am not some heavy oversprayer, I spray couple of times on each side of the neck and once on the back of the neck, nothing more or less.
I think you are spot on about Amouage's Enclave. It doesn't work with my body chemistry so I don't personally own it, but it's a beautiful composition full of contrasts, imo.

I also tested Vanilla Oud as of yesterday and I can concur with this on the 10/10 list lol. I have a 10 mil decant thankfully and I’m sure it’ll last awhile bc a little goes a long way.

Yup I wanna see ALL of the 10/10 lol. As for Gentle Fluidity, personally I prefer the Gold version. I love seeing how different two fragrances can be that use the same notes but in different proportions.
Just bought Gentle Fluidity Silver few days back and it's my fav MFK Fragrance. Also, it is my first niche fragrance. It smells like high quality, I Imagine it to smell how a crystal palace in Italy would smell like. has great projection and lasts almost 7-8 hours on my skin. By far the best.
may I ask what batchcode your bottle has? I also bought one last week, and the performance is very underwhelming. The bottle is from December 2023 so it might still need some time to really macerate?
Amouage Meander is my 10 out of 10. Not the most complex but the scent is soo smooth and creamy and the bubble is just magic especially the dry down. It's not a huge projector but damn I don't think it needs to be
Good list JC. Most arent surprises like GFS, Renaissance and Vanilla Oud. I dont know if i have 10/10 fragrances but if any its Ganymede EDP. Tbh id wear even in the scorching hot sun or the colder weather and for any event or instance :)
Gentle Fluidity Silver is now on my wishlist. Got the OG Le Male and haven't smelled anything from MFK yet. He must be making even better fragrances nowadays with his own house and more experience.

Enclave was love at first sniff for me. It has a similar powderiness like Issey Miyake Pulse Of The Night which is my all time favorite. I call Enclave the Spring/Summer POTN. Amazing scent 👌

I wish you wouldn’t have said that… now I need to buy it… I got pulse of the night immediately when it was released… the bottle is so dark matte black that I can’t tell how much I have left… and that scares me… there is an essential parfums that is supposed to smell similar that I need to pick up as well.
@jonritchey8653 oh? Which Essential? I'm surprised I've never heard that. Herod my PDM is the closest I've found yet. I still have a 95% full POTN that I use sparingly but I'd love to have a few more. I like alternatives but they just don't hit the same. It really is one of a kind. But yeah. Enclave can be worn almost all year but I find in early Spring and Fall it's best. It has that powderiness that POTN has but in Enclave it's achieved using Spearmint which I love as a note. I think you'll love Enclave if you love POTN.
I do have "Angel Share" str8 🔥 and for me a 10/10 also I purchased a "Blue Sapphire" decant and I should've had it long ago BUT better late than never.. my bottle is on the way.👍🏼💯😎
Always happy to see some love for Enclave. A bit much for the summer perhaps but otherwise, total love. Some very interesting, off the beaten path choices in there, I love it. Renaissance is slept over as heck, I find. The minty opening is slightly harsh to my nose to be frank, but that drydown is absolutely incredible on my skin, turning into a creamy marshmallow-ish lemon meringue.
Straight to Heaven is keep growing on me. I have a sample and yesterday I gave it another try (fourth time I guess)... few hours later I smelled an unusual scent (I didnt remember I have Straight to Heaven on me) and I thought "wow what is this smell, it's amazing!" The only reason that I still haven't go for a full bottle is the price.

@JT-rx1eo True, it's not for everyone, but those Aldehydes smell like nothing else in my collection. I'm blown away every time I wear it, but I can understand why it's polarising.
Oceania was one of those that I really loves at first... but has had the opposite effect as most fragrances and I seem to not enjoy it as much with each spray. I'm not sure why but every time I get more and more of a lemon pledge feel that didn't seem to be there at first.
Gentle fluidity silver is incredible….smells like the most expensive gin and tonic. Super masculine and clean smelling. Straight to heaven would be a 10 if it lasted more than a few hours on my skin.
I really dig all of your suggested scents, after I bought renaissance it has been all over … that citrus 🍊 peels and lemons and mint dry down into the sweet Amber scent. Love it . I’ve gotten Amouage fragrances but. Never tried enclave. Buying it .

In my opinion Enclave is not even in the top 10 from Amouage. It can't hold a candle to fragrances like Epic, Jubilation, Lyric, Overture, Interlude, Dia, Beach Hut, Sunshine......and the list goes on

Justin. Just this is a video request. I know your constantly educating your viewers on try before you buy and not to buy unless you love something. So I was hoping you could do a video on decants. So this summer what I’ve decided to do instead of buying multiple bottles and spend hundreds of dollars I went to a few favorite decant sites and bought 10 ml samples of multiple decants of frags I’m interested in. A few include Agatho 195ad Sospiro basso Les indesmedables escale en indonisie Bvlgari opalon Mizensire Eau gingembre there are others as well but I’m able to have a full summer selection without having to buy all of these bottles. And I have enough that I’m pretty confident I’ll get through the season. I used discount codes and promotions when possible. And by the end I’ll be able to decide which one’s really work and which I can pass on in case I feel one is bottle worthy. So far escale en Indonesie is the from runner
I’ve actually done this before, but it’s been a few years. I might revisit it. Either way, Decant X is always my number one recommendation due to their prices, growing selection, and service. And I have a code that folks can use to save some money.

enclave is really nice and versatile. Also the eau givre one, is it similar to Dolce light blue forever DNA? On fragrantica ppl say that and i am confused as am yet to try it. My fave is eau tres fraiche.
Hey JC, just FYI seeing as though Straight to Heaven by Kilian has terrible longevity and projection you really need to try Straight to Heaven Extreme cuz it does a much better job on everything that the regular Straight to Heaven fragrance lacks, trust me! It's a much better formulation for sure!
For the Oud video please include or comment Xerjoff's Alexandria II, Odyon's Scorpion Intense (took my 1st bottle using your discount code), Initio's Oud for Greatness, Parfums de Marly Layton Exclusif, LVMH's Ombre Nomade, Oman Luxury Khanjar, Fragrance Du Bois's Sahraa. I am in search for my perfect oud scent with high performance and compliments. Note that I do not like skanky-animalistic oud. I started with Tom Ford's Oud Wood which I love, I adore Alexandria II which I use for special occasions since it is extremely expensive (if I could I would wear it all the time) and Scorpion Intense for everyday usage. Tried the first three in my comment but unfortunately I can't try them all. . .One more suggestion if I may ask is what oud scent would you suggest for high heat summer (I live in Greece).
Years ago when I first saw you; I thought of you as a fragrance snob. I was early in my journey, even though I thought I knew a thing or two. So hard to find great performing summer citrus scents. Renaissance is an absolute favorite. My go to spring/summers for performance are Renaissance, LV Imagination (yes technically designer), Hacivat, GFS by MFK, Tygar (yes also technically designer) and the surprise is Creed Original Vetiver... most creeds have awful performance and while its not the biggest projector it last 10+ hours for me.

I have Oligarch edp (thanks to your family testing video) and Oligarch parfum and now Isola Blu atomiser. And, in my most opinion, Isola Blu is the best. It got juicer to me. Edp was my fav, but IB is slightly different TO ME.
This is a good list bro.. a couple of these I tried I like immediately.. I need to order decants of a couple of them.. question.. what size decant do you recommend getting for colognes. Like enough for a full wearing? I’ve gotten 5 which I feel is more than enough, and I feel like 2 ml isn’t enough lol..

Just got my Enclave for upcoming autumn....i have tried it in July, it's definitely not for hot weather but now its a blast!

So this summer what I’ve decided to do instead of buying multiple bottles and spend hundreds of dollars I went to a few favorite decant sites and bought 10 ml samples of multiple decants of frags I’m interested in.
A few include
Agatho 195ad Sospiro basso Les indesmedables escale en indonisie Bvlgari opalon Mizensire Eau gingembre there are others as well but I’m able to have a full summer selection without having to buy all of these bottles. And I have enough that I’m pretty confident I’ll get through the season. I used discount codes and promotions when possible. And by the end I’ll be able to decide which one’s really work and which I can pass on in case I feel one is bottle worthy. So far escale en Indonesie is the from runner
I’ve actually done this before, but it’s been a few years. I might revisit it. Either way, Decant X is always my number one recommendation due to their prices, growing selection, and service. And I have a code that folks can use to save some money.

Definitely agree, vanilla oud, Enclave. For me I’d add Apple Brandy on the rocks by Kilian, Elysium pour homme by Roja, Celebes Woods by Mizensir

Straight to heaven is No 1 from Kilian and one of the greatest niche fragrance ever
enclave is really nice and versatile. Also the eau givre one, is it similar to Dolce light blue forever DNA? On fragrantica ppl say that and i am confused as am yet to try it. My fave is eau tres fraiche.
I’ve heard that they have grapefruit in common, but Eau Givrée is more cooling and woody from what I’ve heard (I haven’t smelled LBF).

Hey JC, just FYI seeing as though Straight to Heaven by Kilian has terrible longevity and projection you really need to try Straight to Heaven Extreme cuz it does a much better job on everything that the regular Straight to Heaven fragrance lacks, trust me! It's a much better formulation for sure!

For the Oud video please include or comment Xerjoff's Alexandria II, Odyon's Scorpion Intense (took my 1st bottle using your discount code), Initio's Oud for Greatness, Parfums de Marly Layton Exclusif, LVMH's Ombre Nomade, Oman Luxury Khanjar, Fragrance Du Bois's Sahraa. I am in search for my perfect oud scent with high performance and compliments. Note that I do not like skanky-animalistic oud. I started with Tom Ford's Oud Wood which I love, I adore Alexandria II which I use for special occasions since it is extremely expensive (if I could I would wear it all the time) and Scorpion Intense for everyday usage. Tried the first three in my comment but unfortunately I can't try them all. . .One more suggestion if I may ask is what oud scent would you suggest for high heat summer (I live in Greece).

you are right about straight to heaven but the thing is the longevitiy is max 2 hours and projection sucks that makes the scent 6/10 for me
Performance is subjective. It’s an 8 hour fragrance for me

So hard to find great performing summer citrus scents. Renaissance is an absolute favorite. My go to spring/summers for performance are Renaissance, LV Imagination (yes technically designer), Hacivat, GFS by MFK, Tygar (yes also technically designer) and the surprise is Creed Original Vetiver... most creeds have awful performance and while its not the biggest projector it last 10+ hours for me.

I have Oligarch edp (thanks to your family testing video) and Oligarch parfum and now Isola Blu atomiser.
And, in my most opinion, Isola Blu is the best.
It got juicer to me.

Like enough for a full wearing? I’ve gotten 5 which I feel is more than enough, and I feel like 2 ml isn’t enough lol..

Skin perfume…it’s lasts 10+ hours on me. You might be going nose blind, you perhaps you have dry skin
