You can but time is a huge factor in HS and Outside Zone needs a lot of reps to get good wy

You can be a mix of zone and gap!!!!!! IZ, Power, Counter, and Pin/Pull. Great video though!

I agree we run rocket iz triple power counter and buck to me it’s not that hard
