Indeed, it is interesting seeing the different methods the different companies use the connect their carriages. The use of the gangways seem to be more unique to the Shinkansens though.
Thanks! They should available at various model shops who import Kato, subject on your locale. However those seen this video are imports, direct from Japan. There are quite a few extra charges doing this method and have to be rather savvy if things do go wrong.
I buy mine direct from Japan, I’ve 2 shops I deal with as they’re half the price of the UK. We have a limit on what you can buy before having to pay any duty, and I always take my purchase up to this limit so plan purchases ahead. Great to have reviews in English.
