Continuing in our trend virtual performances, such as Prokofiev's Peter and the Wolf ( • Peter and the Wolf | S... ), Vari Winds presents the first movement of Dvořák's American String Quartet, arranged for wind quintet.

Formed through the Yale School of Music chamber program in the 2020-2021 school year, Vari Winds has faced the unique challenge of having to create performances without ever rehearsing in person. Like in our fall semester production of Peter and the Wolf, all audio and video for the Dvořák was recorded remotely and assembled during the spring semester of 2021.
