States Duka Vs Aquantuo: The Shipping Experience

States Duka and Aquantuo are two companies that can help you ship products from the USA to Kenya.
I have used both and had very different experiences so I made a video about it.

As I said if you like paying US taxes, late deliveries and over paying on weight then Statesduka is for you.
If you want fast delivery, no US taxes and honest weighing then Aquantuo is the one for you.

Aquantuo and Savostore will never dissapoint. Of course we have others who also ship but you have a lesser chance of being dissapointed with the two than with others, kwanza kuna wale who their name starts with K, acha tu, utalilia kwa choo.

I've used Statesduka twice, both times they didn't seem sure how long it'd take for my item to arrive. Took a month in both instances. Also, I found staff a bit rude and not welcoming inquiries. And another thing, you have to email all inquiries. No WhatsApp, calls and kosokoso to enquire

Good video but you should have focused more on highlighting the issue of tax as opposed to name ... statesduka to me sounds like the name you'd give your neighbour’s kiosk hapo kwa corner, Aquantuo sounds much better and unique

Aquantuo being in Delaware having no sales tax is the decider. You use the other shippers you pay sales tax which negates a lot of the savings that come from buying abroad

@@TheJayair if you buy the item yourself, it's around 1900ksh per kilo plus insurance which is around 8% the value of your item

Strange youtube recommended this video to my feed. Our Seattle based non profit organization has been using States Duka for the past 4 years to ship school supplies to schools in western kenya with no problem at all. This video doesn't match our experience neither does it match our sister 501c3 organization that ships medical supplies to hospitals in rift valley kenya.

If you doubt me, ship aj exact package with Aquantuo, I can bet you'd pay less coz to me Statesduka are very dishonest. 😁😁

Not really, Aquantio has won on shipping headquarter. California has sales tax but Delaware doesn't. When you check out you see sales tax on California but not Delaware Address.🎉

Aquantuo has lost my sea package since August 2023 till date January 4th 2024 they have no idea where my package is😢 it was an expensive item

StatesDuka are both dishonest and careless, they gave me a bill of 6623/= for a pair of Timberland boots which weigh less than a kilogram and that was back in 2021... I'm ditching them for Aquantuo ASAP.
