As a kick content creator of 6 months, the only issues I have with the service itself is the consistency of viewers and the fact the app is still in beta with a lot of the things people have been asking to be added not be added. I will say the only way you get really popular is by faking it with botted viewers or doing some crazy crap for views. I will say I personally like the site and nothing is really bothering me much about it apart from those two things. Mind you I’m a smaller streamer but that’s just my two cents

My personal experiences/grievances while on Kick 1. Money was actually pretty good for a time, got good sub/dono revenue and my followers were climbing 2. After 6+ months, viewers started to decline, more and more bot viewers just started coming in and I had to keep swinging the ban hammer. xD 3. Constant drama/BS with Kick demotivated me and so I opted to just multi-stream on Twitch/YT instead 4. You only get good numbers/views on Kick if you're doing follow 4 follow, viewbotting, or doing stupid shit 5. Doesn't help too I was trying to support a gofundme for a trans friend on Kick and the kick staff were clearly VERY transphobic from their horrible comments if you've seen em on Twitter I ain't gonna lie, I probably only ever went on Kick because they paid better than Twitch and I did it at a time Kick was fairly popular/new, but after that, eh, I don't think I'll ever be back there for a while
