Solidworks simulation | Topology optimization study on Solidworks

Hello, all welcome to the channel in this tutorial I talked about how to make a topology simulation on Solidworks and what is the use of the topology study in manufacturing industries.
The topology study is used when we require less mass of the object or we want to reduce unusable material of the object that time we can find a topology study on Solidworks.
Here important step is to select a topology study after defining load and fixture and material etc. new 2 steps are the goal and the second is manufacturing requirements, in the goals, I used mass and stiffness ratio here I need to write a value of how much I want to reduce my mass of the object in % or Kg. and the second step is manufacturing requirements that are in manufacturing 1st step is preserve material, here I need to select that region where I want some fixed material that I do not want to remove like material surrounding on holes, flange, edge, etc it is up to you where do you need a fixed material layer or I can say the thickness.
The second step of the manufacturing requirement is how is your object's die is opening if you have a symmetric part so that your die is open in both directions and if you have a non-symmetric part there is a possibility that your die is only open on one direction, here you need to select according to your part or die.
In the third step you need to select a symmetric plane or quadrant etc, it depends on the part also if your part is symmetric on both sides you can choose the half-plane. then after mesh and running the study you will get the result and got one new topology model with a reduction of mass.

The way you are applying force will distribute the load over the entire face. Will not work like that in real life with eg. a screw through the hole.

Ok, screw in mountain on the wall, with out any external load that time not any force generates on the wall hole and it's surrounding face right,, now I'm holding one fixture that screw is clamping that Fixture, so that out side of the wall down force will generate and inside of the wall hole, upside force will generate, and that up side force transfer the uper side portion of wall because they are connected,,,, here u can use same case for car hub, or any bearing assembly where force generate perpendicular of the hole center axis

10:37 I saved that topology body in current active configuration and 10:45 save that file in Solidbody,,, after in model I hide main model and unhide new saved model. That is 11:03
