Hi, Thanks for sharing lots of informations about these villas. I really feel that information really helps people who are looking to buy a property. Pawan actually i am also looking to buy a Villa. I was mainly interested in Paramount golf foreste villa 3008 sqft which has a rear private lawn. However, after watching this video of Amrapali leisure valley, my mind is moving to that property. I actually did some search for this project over web and found that 2525 sqft villa also has rear lawn however the video you shared or some other video doesn't doesn't have any rear private lawn. If you have this information then could you please share this? In Amarpali broucher or 99 acres as well, it says 2525 sqft villa also has rear garden. Can you please confirm this? I will really appreciate this.
Could you please advise which property is better to buy under 55 lakh, genuine, no cheater builder, good construction quality hoping you covered so many project and have better idea

First, do ur research..nbcc is completing the pending work..abhi ..no new villas for sale..and samples made by amrapali were already sold by them..so nothing in sample to show and no nbcc will entertain u at the site...
