Maybe it's because I was a longtime watcher of the show, but maybe adding that crowing sound effect from the show as she pops up would have truly made the move but ah well!

She looks really good, did anyone else notice that sometimes her moves that usually do 8% seemed to do 12% after 1 bite (vampire mode) and sometimes 6% but more knockback after 2 bites? (ghost mode). I was looking at that and it seems like there's more effects than just what was talked about in this video assuming the above information is accurate which it seems like it is?
i did. it may have something to do with damage differences between the 2 modes, like vampire does more damage and ghost mode does more knockback i think.
Loud House is honestly one of the few shows thats still worth watching on Nickelodeon nowadays. it has a spinoff with The Casagrandes, but thats not as enjoyable imo

I wish the visual effects for Lucy's different modes was a bit less subtle than either a smoke cloud or a thin blue outline. I think it would've been better if she had stars surrounding her depending on which mode she's in (no stars for normal, red for vampire, and blue for ghost) similar to Stimpy and April's First Fart and Ratings gimmick respectively.
All the characters that were revealed before Michaelangelo looked really similar to me. But since then, they've all been fairly unique. It's like they divided half of the cast into "standard" characters and then the other half of the cast will be "wacky" characters
It really is a shame because that's probably gonna be the situation for most of the older nick fans... hopefully her and lincoln will have a fair shot going forward
I’m glad they’re putting modern reps in the game too. After all, this is a Nick all star fighting game. And to those that think they have this “elite persona” for growing up with Old Nick just to hate on the modern reps need to get over themselves. No ones going to suck their dicks just cuz of that.

The issue with Smash is that they have NO horror reps as a fighter. 1st Person Shooter rep doesn't have one either which is weird, but horror has been around WAY longer.
The vampire down special seems to be really good for getting kills from my few hours of playing. Down special in general seems to be the secret sauce of this character; it comes out really fast and (depending on your mode) gives you another movement option to mix-up with. She's a bit of a glass cannon, so I can see her being potentially scary (pun intended) as the meta advances and people figure out her optimal combos and timings and flowcharts, etc.
Ah yes, my first pick back when the announcement trailer dropped. She has a lot going for her, and definitely will take a longer time to master than other characters. Ghost mode for edge-guards sound scary to deal with. Lucy's teleport also looks to be a good answer to projectile zoning, and a slight mitigation of her short reach.
The music on this stage is awesome, the stage itself is amazing, Lucy animates so well, looks so fun, and that sequence at the end is the coolest sequence y'all've shown off so far wow...! More hyped than I already was!♥
That game against the insane CatDog player before truly was hiding Lucy's TERRIFYING combat skills! This was the character I was most curious about. Hope y'all like gettin' BIT constantly! 🦇🦇

I think what I love the most about this game so far is that the developers are giving us a roster that's a healthy mix of the older and newer Nickelodeon shows, which is good for both respective generations playing this game. :)
You know with the roster full of classics, both Lincoln and Lucy loud got some interesting moves. If Jenny doesn't get in Lucy will be one of my mains.

Nice, two showcases in one day. Lucy looks very interesting with different forms in her gameplay. Don't know why, but I thought her stage theme sounds similar to Mad Monster Mansion remix from Banjo-Kazooie in SSBU.
Yeah and Zim was basically Cloud. With that in mind, the key words here are "early development days" so they probably worked to balance her out so we'll see where it goes from here
So all that's left to showcase are the Klasky Csupo characters (Oblina, Nigel Thornberry, and Reptar), the ATLA characters (Aang, Korra, and possibly Toph), Powdered Toast Man, and the last two to three unknown characters yet to be announced.
I really hope everyone plays the fuck out of this. It deserves all of our attention. If we can convince them to make a sequel, WITH voice acting. With MORE characters. This could be a franchise.
Of all the sisters in Lincoln’s family, the gothy Lucy is playable for some reason. Same for Nickelodeon Kart Racers 2, and I still don’t know why. It would be nice to have some of the other Loud sisters appear as assist characters. My top three suggestions are Luna Loud who plays power chords that damage nearby enemies, Lisa Loud who concocts a volatile chemical reaction, and Luan Loud who attacks opponents with her pranks.
No one will ever realize how happy I am that this small indie team mastered stance/move changing characters far more than smash could ever dream of. Seriously between CatDog and Lucy, not only was that waste of money Pyra/Mythra put in their place, but they’ve surpassed Pokemon Trainer as well! Keep sticking it to them guys!
Wow, the Catdog vs Lucy video really didn't do her justice! Wasn't that excited by her before, but now it seems she has one of the most interesting movesets with the whole ghost/vampire thing.
I'm so stoked that out of all the Loud sisters, Lucy got picked to be in the roster...first. But I also think Luna and Luann could make for excellent DLC later on? Luna could have a bunch of long-ranged musical attacks using her guitar and amps/singing, and Luann could have a really funny variety of attacks based on all her pranks, like throwing pies or stunning her opponents with electric hand buzzers. Idk, they'd be my next top picks from Loud House!

Kinda off-topic from the character shown, but I just heard some people mention this and got hype thinking about it. What if instead of Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl 2, we got Nickelodeon VS Cartoon Network?!?!? It would include the characters & Stages from this game, but maybe some more Nick characters that we freaking need like Timmy and Jimmy, as well as Cartoon Network favorites such as Finn & Jake, Gumball, The Powerpuff Girls, Dexter, Ben 10, and many more. A game like that with this game's level of attention would be mind-blowing. Nintendo would legit have quite a competitor on their hands.

So all that's left to showcase are the Klasky Csupo characters (Oblina, Nigel Thornberry, and Reptar), the ATLA characters (Aang, Korra, and possibly Toph), Powdered Toast Man, and the last two to three unknown characters yet to be announced.

I really hope everyone plays the fuck out of this. It deserves all of our attention. If we can convince them to make a sequel, WITH voice acting. With MORE characters. This could be a franchise.

Of all the sisters in Lincoln’s family, the gothy Lucy is playable for some reason. Same for Nickelodeon Kart Racers 2, and I still don’t know why. It would be nice to have some of the other Loud sisters appear as assist characters. My top three suggestions are Luna Loud who plays power chords that damage nearby enemies, Lisa Loud who concocts a volatile chemical reaction, and Luan Loud who attacks opponents with her pranks.

Okay I hope there's unique win poses for certain teams in team battle. Lincoln and Lucy having one or SpongeBob and Patrick. Would be nice.
No one will ever realize how happy I am that this small indie team mastered stance/move changing characters far more than smash could ever dream of. Seriously between CatDog and Lucy, not only was that waste of money Pyra/Mythra put in their place, but they’ve surpassed Pokemon Trainer as well! Keep sticking it to them guys!

Wow, the Catdog vs Lucy video really didn't do her justice! Wasn't that excited by her before, but now it seems she has one of the most interesting movesets with the whole ghost/vampire thing.

I'm so stoked that out of all the Loud sisters, Lucy got picked to be in the roster...first. But I also think Luna and Luann could make for excellent DLC later on? Luna could have a bunch of long-ranged musical attacks using her guitar and amps/singing, and Luann could have a really funny variety of attacks based on all her pranks, like throwing pies or stunning her opponents with electric hand buzzers. Idk, they'd be my next top picks from Loud House!

Kinda off-topic from the character shown, but I just heard some people mention this and got hype thinking about it. What if instead of Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl 2, we got Nickelodeon VS Cartoon Network?!?!? It would include the characters & Stages from this game, but maybe some more Nick characters that we freaking need like Timmy and Jimmy, as well as Cartoon Network favorites such as Finn & Jake, Gumball, The Powerpuff Girls, Dexter, Ben 10, and many more. A game like that with this game's level of attention would be mind-blowing. Nintendo would legit have quite a competitor on their hands.
