Pique was wrong on few counts,MSN Barcelona is not more complete or better than Guardiolas Barcelona,he said this Barcelona can CounterAttack and create a goal with 60 passes,but we saw no sign of them creating a defense breaching chance at goal against Atletico,also Guardiolas Barcelona pressed hard as a team to win back the ball in seconds,that Quality is long lost from MSN Barcelona,this team is heavily reliant on MSN to score whereas Guardiolas Team has goals everywhere.Pique will now realize this as he watches the rest of CL from the couch.

@@travismiller3586 2015 MSN Barcelona is more complete. They could play possession based football or hit teams on the counter. They also did not need the referee's help to win their UCL.
Guardiola's Barcelona in 2009 and 2011 on the other hand had only style of play and teams caught them out (Chelsea 2009 and Arsenal 2011) - but the referee killed the tie in favor of Pep - without that help he would not have made it to either of those finals.

What Pique says about Messi and Ronaldo are true. Ronaldo is great. But Messi does things no one else is doing. Thats why I think to compare them is stupid.
They both have thier strengths that eachother do not. They cannot be compared not because one is too much better than the other but because Ronaldo is a different type of player from Messi. It is like judging apples from oranges. Ronaldo is strength and power, Messi is speed and agility. Not the same thing.

So its true that nobody else can do what Messi does but in terms of dribbling. But Messi, isnt the fastest player, isnt the strongest. Hes great finisher, but his shooting is mediocre.He isnt good with his weak foot, He cant score Longshots, he cant perform knockball shots, he cant score bycible kicks, scorpion kicks, backheel goals, he cant use his head, his movement without the ball is awful, i mean hes walking on the pitch. He cant play in a team that plays defensive football, hes team always having more than 65% possession. Messi is perfect on dribbling, vision, finishes like chops, get pass the goalkeeper, curve the ball, he can give awesome assists and make great plays. Hes perfect on tiki taka and barcelona but only that.
Ronaldo is not depending in a system.
U see at Portugal or Mourinhos Real Madrid with counter attacking football, that hes always there to give his team victories in crucial moments. He showed his genius by changing from a tricky and flashy winger to a striker and he can score in any way, in his prime he had awesome skills and could create great chances. Hes perfect at everything. Thats why hes been compared to Beckham or Juninho on FK's, to Ronaldinho on skills and more.
When i want to see Messi on TH-cam, im looking only his dribbling, its simple.
with Cristiano Ronaldo Im looking for his awesome headers, his skills and tricks especially in Man United, his Longshots, his Free Kicks, His Left footed Goals, His backheel goals, his movement without the ball...
