It's a dancing competition so "over-rehearsed" seems like a silly notion barring coreographed gesturing that doesn't really relate to the movement.

Jukka Lepperanta. Dean Martin, one the worlds best ever comedian, crooner and entertainer, once said "the price that is paid for over rehearsal is loss of spontaneity". When I see many of these guys I can see exactly what he meant.
