Thanks for your great instructional videos. I have a question for you if you don't mind. Just picked a total gym xls and it came with some attachments. The wing bar has a strap on it and I'm not sure how it's utilized. I'm searching for videos on it but haven't found any yet.

Good question: I'm not sure either. I've always wondered that myself. I've never used it. Yes, it is difficult to find info about it online unfortunately.
