After checking by a technician, you need to do a major check to make sure the equipment is really safe. But I'm not sure if there is a bathroom above. Haha😂
You have to have head for heights and strong upper back Kudos to this guy! I hope they develop technology so the operator doesn't have to lean forward and just look at the monitor .
wowzers. Sorry to bug you ,its just I started saving up the £3000 required for a crane operator course, but I'm worried there's not enough demand for crane operators in the UK and EU. I'm also worried they're incredibly difficult to operate and I'm doomed to failure
HUGE RESPECT to you men that do this for a living, without your skills ( and balls ) the world would not have goods, so Thank you guys, oh and women ( in case ) As for myself, I get dizzy standing on a tiny tiny ladder, I SCREAM like a little girl when on a rollercoaster, Walking up and up...and up like what I saw here, HELL NO, screw you all you are NOT getting your goods from this port HAHAHA.
I work in london as a health and safety officer and id bet that formwork is being done by either Byrne Bros or Expanded.. just by the tidiness of site and everything stacked away
That buildingsite is quiet..imagine all the worker waiting for that one guy casually walking into his crane, stopping at every level ad start doing his morning routine.... Imagine he his late 30 minutes😂
Someday a companies will realize they can put a wireless camera on the hook to get a closer view of how close they are to the load. They could have cameras on the sides and bottom of the cab so they won't have to twist around to look on the sides. The U.S.A.F. is starting to use them on tanker aircraft so the operator can sit in a chair near the flight deck instead of lying on their stomach in the tail of the aircraft.
I enjoy working high up; nowadays it's the climb the gets me, 60' ft and it's a 15 to 20 second pause. 😆 Then every 15' or so, I would be pausing again.
Wow..the cab is like Land Rover making it. I’ve seen a Malaysian one and it looks like it’s 0.1 dollars. Worse than a destructed 1800’s grandma’s house..but this is amazing!!
Huge respect for all crane workers all over the world!

Imagine climbing to the top then realizing you forgot the cabin keys
Or getting all the way to the bottom to only then remember you’ve left your phone in the cab, like I’ve done 🤦♂️

I love the way he has a cattle and a mug with him. Most British crane ever
Wonder if he used the crane to lift the cattle out of a field

@barryrandolph46😂😂😂😂😂
Just climbing to the cab to start your workday is more exercise than 99% of the population get in a year
02:32 I like how he stops briefly and prays before continuing the climb.😌
If crane operators spend most of the time looking down, do they suffer from representative strain injury in their neck and upper back?
Yes it is it could Cause them reversed neck and deginirative disck if they don’t train
Just by watching him. My heart is popping
I can hear his heart pounding.

'Ah crap, the keys'

Crane handle
Much respect to this guy and all crane operators. I could not do this, just watching this has made me feel quite ill 🙂
80% of the time on his job: climbing up the crane, the other 20% is actually working
He was probably checking modules of this crane when he was climbing also

This kinda job you have to trust your equipment for real..
Yes....if the equipment not in good condition...the operator can call the coffin dancing geng for funeral
After checking by a technician, you need to do a major check to make sure the equipment is really safe. But I'm not sure if there is a bathroom above. Haha😂
You also need to respect your equipment know what it can do and don't fuck off.
Maximum respect for those who do this I work 8/10 hours a day even when it's windy or the load dances well
Imagine if you forgot your keys
The keys aren’t supposed to come back with the worker I don’t think but I will be pissed

Yup, must be right on his chest

Nice little WK 100B ^__^
That Cab-Type is pretty rare.
There are only about 50 cranes out there with that Cab.
AnimePhoenix888 is it a good or bad cab
Nice, but compared to the new WolffCab (275B and 166B) it´s pretty small ^__^
Animephoenix sorry, do you work with cranes?
Yes Naho, I'm one of the Service Support Engineers from "WOLFFKRAN", the german manufacturer of that crane.
