The horses know when people cross the line, and it makes them begin to get agitated😰. Pretty bad when people don't know boundaries, but the horses do!😤😡

Actually they do. Most of the guards are still letting people cross the line. Why are they not being fired? Why have rules you are not going to enforce? And why would these guards not respect these beautiful horses?

No they are not, it’s really slowed since the new rules, it’s up to the Guards what to do about crossing the lines, they were told to use their discretion and you can’t fire members of the Military, no one is allowed to touch the horses
