What would you recommend is the best way to visualise all the data generated from checkM?

Working with checkM the shell output this error:
ERROR: No bins found. Check the extension (-x) used to identify bins.
Any idea what should I do? How should I organized the folders? Is there any guide?

You can use -x fasta for exemple.
