SG should really add the option on choosing how much penguins you want to buy instead of setting it only by batch of 10. It takes so much time buying them by batch.

id recommend using fribbels to optimize your gear. the ingame one is okay but its hard to aim at a specific value.

I don't like to use third party software, but I know other people have had luck using Fribbels to put heroes together.

Is there any unit that has the same or similar skillset to dizzy?

Nobody is even close to Dizzy for what she does. She has decrease speed, decrease attack and blind on her S3 and it lands on a miss. Some heroes have one of those on a skill, but nobody has all 3. She also extends debuff turns and push back on her S2. Some heroes have the push back, but I can't think of anyone that extends debuff duration except Kiris.

@@hoshi032 Don't worry she'll come back again! She's not a heavily used hero because she has a lot of counters. She works well when you can use her but it's hard to bring her out.
