nice looking pool , and for 15,000 a month that unit you showed was pretty spacious, is that for one month short term or is that for a one year lease, can I also ask… if it is available for short term , do you know does that price still stay the same for a month during “ high seasonal “ ? … thank you, and thanks again for making these videos

That is per month and most negotiation long term. It was stated that it was rented out for a few months starting in February.
