So happy I ran across this video. Its full of incredibly useful information that I often think of but never asked or googled. Ill be sharing this with my friends for sure.
I just bought a taster package of Sneak, and watched this video while having my very first serving. It's the only energy drink I've ever purchased for myself (I bought my boyfriend the Pewdiepie Gfuel for Christmas last year) and I only bought it because I was also truly impressed with their commitment to telling us what's in their product.
I’ve bought sneak and multiple flavors and I do agree on everything he said about them. What I like the most is the actual flavor on them. I hate artificial flavor tastes and Sneak is probably one of the best if not the best tasting out of all of these. By the way, I’ve tried 4 of these company drinks. Thanks for the honest review @Franco
I always assumed that G Fuel and Sneak were competitors with Sneak being possibly 'off-brand'. But this video definitely means I would try Sneak first out of the rest of these gamer energy drink mixes. You shared some worth while information, great video
What I have consistently heard from people is that Sneak is less chalky than Gfuel. The only reason I stick with GFuel because they always have -30% codes going around, so I always pay about 25$ (+shipping) for one tub. That's almost half the price of Sneak. I'd probably have to try Sneak too but that 40$ PLUS shipping is pretty much.
I've tried GFuel and Sneak, and Sneak wins it by a mile. GFuel got popular because it was kinda the first, and they have so many sponsorships and ties to content creators. Sneak however is popular because of its superior taste and formula. You'll find a large percentage of their consumerbase switched from competitors and are willing to pay more just because it's considerably better. GFuel does have its place though. With their sheer volume of variety, they have more flavours to offer compared to the rest, but what you don't get with Sneak is the chalky aftertaste or the crash a lot experience with GFuel. It's also a much stronger taste, even with less powder. I can use 1 scoop for 750ml, whereas with GFuel 1 scoop tastes watery with 350ml and you need to have 2 scoops for any real taste or caffeine kick. End of the day it's preference and I'd recommend to try both, even if it's just so you have a few different shakers, but for me Sneak wins by a mile.
@@T1NG097 Yeah, on the flavor and chalkiness I have to agree, it is superior. My friend bought Sneak and I liked it so much better, only thing holding me back from it is the price. A tub of Sneak to Finland is 60 fucking euros with shipping (The tub is 40 and shipping is 20e) I can get a tub of GFuel, WITH shipping for 32 euros. So until they either, cheapen the shipping costs, or lower the prices, GFuel is still going to be my go-to.
I have 6 Tubs of Sneak next to me so you can guess which drink I prefer, but I would put G-Fuel at a close second, when i did have it, I really liked the taste of it, but as a Brit, the delivery charge was too much for me, but I bought 3 tubs of Sneak at a time so didnt pay shipping.
For those curious, gfuel uses a new formula and now has complete transparency, and in my opinion, at least, the flavor has definitely benefited, and if you prefer less artificial flavors, go for the electric strike flavor, very real watermelon lemonade taste, though admittedly, many flavors lean on artificial sides EDIT: i feel i should mention, the ingredients are fairly lacking, it's mainly caffeine with the edge taken off by taurine and tyrosine, the main selling point is the collaborations and variety of flavors, personally, i find it to suffice for most energy needs, but it's more or less up to you
Love that someone finally went into this in detail, first video I've seen of yours, good job man, very well produced and informative whilst being easy to absorb even at 1.25 speed
I tried 5 different flavours so far. Cherry flavour by far is my favourite. When I first tasted it I was like Wow. No more Redbull or Monster energy for me.
The amount of information provided here convinced me to do my part and sit through two back to back ads, one was 5 minutes long. Thanks for putting all this together for us!
Damn, I love the way you broke this down. I usually drink G-Fuel, but truthfully never looked into the ingredients. I do feel a noticeable amount of increased focus after drinking it, but now I would like to know the exact amount of the ingredients in their blend. I will for sure buy a tub of Sneak after watching this. They seem like a good brand and they are honest and transparent with what they put in their drink.
Haven't seen any of your videos before but I love how descriptive you are and how well informed you are as well as trying to teach those who are willing to listen with facts and friends opinion.
With gamer supps you put the handle in first. It’s a weird design but yeah that’s how you’re supposed to do that. I use 2 scoops of it in a 16oz and it taste great. Mixing flavors is also pretty nice
I usually mix 2 scoops in a 16.9 - 20oz water bottle and I rotate between blue razz, dragonfruit punch, and now Gamer Fart 9000 (Yes, that's actually the name of the flavor) xD

Also fyi any drinks like this that are sold in the EU stores by law are required to list all ingredients so while I may be late to the party I just thought I would advise any products sold in the EU if sold in the USA would be the best transparency in my experience.

Lets see how all these sneak flavors taste, might have a replacement for GS :D good video though dude i had no clue there were companies out there that listed their ingredients like that. Or what the recommended amounts were for each
That's a great question and something I had planned to include in this video... before the number of drinks got to 6 and the video became nearly 30 minutes long, haha. Traditional energy drinks are very similar, but most of them use actual sugar. The sugar content is no good, and it will initially give you a spike in energy that is followed by a crash. Sugar free options are the way to go. The traditional drinks don't contain as many of the extra ingredients that "gaming energy drinks" use for focus and concentration, but if these powders aren't using adequate dosages, then it's pointless anyway. Lastly, a lot of energy drinks these days are focused around working out, and will have ingredients that support that goal. For example, Bang uses creatine in their drink. If you all you want is some energy while you game, then these ingredients are unnecessary, but not necessarily bad for you. I wouldn't want to drink something with beta-alanine in it if all I was doing was gaming or looking for some energy, as it makes you itchy. That's why it is wrong to say these powdered drinks are just rebranded pre-workouts, as pre-workouts also have ingredients used for improving performance while working out, that gamer energy drinks do not have, and that you do not need. Does this answer your question?
@@FracnoTV Definitely, thanks for the detailed answer! I have a few followup questions; So between a regular Monster and a zero sugar Monster you'd recommend the one without sugar? They both seem to have a lot of Niacin at 8.5mg/100ml (43mg for a 500ml can) and redbull has 8mg/100ml. Would you recommend avoiding B-3/Niacin even if you're not affected by the negative effects mentioned in the video?
@@CybranM TH-cam is pretty bad at letting me know when someone has replied to something I've said, so I'm super sorry about the late response. I just happened to see this while going through comments on this video. I would definitely go with the zero sugar Monster if you are wanting to go for the "healthier" option. If you don't eat/drink a lot of sugar in your diet, then indulging every once in a while isn't terrible. The niacin is a bummer but if you aren't affected by it as much, then I wouldn't worry about it. I talked about it because I am sensitive to it and I know others may be as well. If you are noticing these side effects and aren't sure why, then it may be the niacin and seeking a drink with lower amounts may help avoid the issue.
Thank you for doing this. I’m dipping my toe into these powdered energy drinks because I’m tired of paying $4 a can for drinks. Also, as someone with a biology and research background, I really appreciate the detailed research you did and the info you presented 👍👍
This was helpful, thank you! Since my channels have started growing I have had multiple companies from this list reach out so this information has been super useful. ❤️
I hadn’t heard of them until your comment but I just checked them out and love what they have to say on their site. I’ll definitely order some and give it a try.
Well that’s disappointing. Gamersupps is actually the one that tastes the best for me, but I never really paid attention to the shadiness. Also, their obsession with GFuel on social media is a little weird
Bro you are so underrated I thought you would have had about like 900k subs but I look and it was only like 30 k bro the transition the timestamps and the quality of the video also staying on topic not being sponsored by one of these people and just going off of that is amazing and the dedication and ACTUALLY CARING ABOUT YOURE VIEWERS AND SUBS is absolutely fantastic you deserve far more subs than you have and I hope that you will get them man amazing video
Honestly I've tried them all, and purely performance wise, I prefer gfuel. Im used to chalky tastes because of pre-workout drinks, and I've not found a flavor that wasn't amazing. But as a heavy R6 player, I notice a decent improvement in my performance vs the others. Its funny because Gfuel was actually the last company I tried. I figured they were all hype, but was proven wrong. Sneak would be my second option but gfuel is cheaper on Amazon and I can get the next day vs these others taking up to 3 weeks to ship plus shipping costs. Just my opinion though.
maybe a year late, but gfuel worked the least on me. I like glitch energy for performance. But so far gorilla mode pre workout is the best stuff I have ever tried.
That’s a Sneak Elite referral code that anyone can sign up for. When people use it, I get points that I can redeem for store credit. When I made this video, Sneak Elite wasn’t a thing. I will add a small disclaimer about this next to the link just to be as transparent as possible.
I just got recommended this video and I love how he breaks these drinks down. It's super satisfying to see how much research he put into this, thanks for the info Fracno!
Because it's a lot of work, haha. I don't mind though, just helps me offer something 'more' when people get tired of hearing hype and looking at this face - 😱 "OMG GUYS, THIS IS THE BEST THING EVER!!"
I'm not gonna lie. I actually love Gamer Supps. I think it's gotten somewhat better with more people recognizing it and newer flavors. I went from drinking monsters and feeling kinda crappy, to drinking Gamer Supps and feeling pretty good. They have Caffeine Free tubs for those who don't wanna be drinking energy drinks, which you can add as many scoops as you want
I just recently got into Gamersupps and although they are not very detailed i do find the flavors really good and although it may be more watered down, which i have no issue with personally, i do find it more tame than previous drinks i’ve tried like Bang and Monster. No crashing and slight change in gaming performance, I don’t like huge changes as i want to up my skill when i’m not full of caffeine and other things.
I just saw this video, and I didn't know what to expect. I was not disappointed, this is the best breakdown video that I have seen. It uses facts, personal experience and others experiences to bring perspective from almost any side. Plus, the opinions aren't swayed by sponsorships. Also this video has shown me a few drinks that I didn't know existed. Hitting the subscribe button seems like the smallest thing I can do here.
Damn, thank you for the extremely kind words! I have a part 2 coming with even more brands you may not have heard of. Thanks for the sub, I’ll try not to waste it.
G fuel was the first ever “gamer energy drink” I’ve ever had and I bought a tub because of pewdiepie and I was so goddamn disappointed, it was so fucking chalky that I could not get more than 2 sips down, I thought maybe I didn’t mix it enough or didn’t add enough water but nope, I’ll stick to normal energy drinks
Gfuel isn't chalky if u add 16-18 oz of water with ice and you use the scooper correctly by taking off the pointy part, because if you fill it to the top your just adding way too much powder, and I recommend you use a shaker cup and shake for a minute. But if it's still chalky for your liking then oh well, everyone has their opinions.
Doge Crisp I thought I was adding too much so I put 1/4 tsp in a bottle of water which is 16 oz I think? It still had like a dasani feeling so idk, maybe my mouth is broken lmao
@@shmolkat657 Oh ight lol, idk some flavors are meant to be sour or bitter, for example Pewdiepies flavor is lingonberry, which is like a bitter sweet cranberry, so yeah some could be a little powdery or bitter sometimes. The least powdery Gfuel flavor that I know of is Ragin Gummy Fish, and it tastes really freakin good, it literally tastes like liquid Swedish fish.
Yeah just use regular workout drinks like Gatorade or possibly Mt dew, I wouldn’t recommend Mt dew due to high sugar high caffeine that they put in their. Just use Liquid IV, they’re really meant for after workout but they work just as well for gaming
Holy cow this was so well edited and researched, I'm surprised you have so few subscribers! I've never tried any form of energy drink before but I just bought gamer supps last night and now I wish I would've watched this first. Very informative video, you definitely earned my subscription.

Came here looking for info about the different energy drinks marketed towards gamers and definitely was happy with the quality and content. As someone who frequents Twitter and such for gaming news, I get bombarded by the different companies, only talking about flavor and such, and have been thinking about which to try, though on a limited budget. Thank you for the information and helping me pick which one I will go with.
Gfuel does contain Led but wich is linked to cancer .But it is nothing to freak out about because alot of our everyday foods we consume have led but Gfuel only contains under 0.5 and the recommeded for a child is 6 a day and 10 for an adult.
Wow, this is such a high quality video, didn't expect this from a relatively small channel! Very informative and helped me make an educated decision on which brand to choose. However, I did notice that you made a small mistake. At 16:44 you said that each container would have 20 servings instead of 30, when it's actually 30 servings instead of 40. Other than that small error, this was a fantastic video!
Nicely broken down and (seems like) properly researched information, comparisons of everything featured and stating what might be subjective. This video was really helpful, as I was looking to try some of these myself. Thank you very much.

MyFavoriteMusic they had a manorial day sale too and I got 2 tubs for 40 dollars.
A tub of Sneak to Finland is 60 fucking euros with shipping (The tub is 40 and shipping is 20e)
I can get a tub of GFuel, WITH shipping for 32 euros.
The editing on this one 👀🔥
For those curious, gfuel uses a new formula and now has complete transparency, and in my opinion, at least, the flavor has definitely benefited, and if you prefer less artificial flavors, go for the electric strike flavor, very real watermelon lemonade taste, though admittedly, many flavors lean on artificial sides EDIT: i feel i should mention, the ingredients are fairly lacking, it's mainly caffeine with the edge taken off by taurine and tyrosine, the main selling point is the collaborations and variety of flavors, personally, i find it to suffice for most energy needs, but it's more or less up to you
I already get enough cancer from playing rainbow everyday
Mostly from either cheaters or teammates that look like literal CPUs

After trying sneak, I've got to say G fuel is the way to go. The taste didnt do it for me but the branding is dope af tbh.
I tried 5 different flavours so far. Cherry flavour by far is my favourite. When I first tasted it I was like Wow. No more Redbull or Monster energy for me.
Definitely one of the cleanest, informative, high quality production value YT-bers out there man. Thanks bunches

Drink water.
May I just say it is amazing how much detail you put into your videos
Dude, incredible video. Good editing. Informative. No stupid jokes, Time stamps. Great job man.
"Ages 13 to 18 - 100 Mg. a day"

True
I mean... I’m not your parent.
What the fuck are you drinking? Even monster which is the drink with the most caffeine which i can find is around 200mg
AlexBertil bang energy. Reign energy (made by monster). There are others too. Hell, even GFuel cans have 300 mg
Gusted I haven’t tried reign I thought it looked sketchy but do you know if it’s good?
First joke all ready had me rolling, your doing great things keep putting out the high quality content.
Great information! I'm a fan of sneak, have moved over to them rather than the likes of red bull etc. Great brand, great tastes, great results.
by far the best review of these products I've seen on the internet. Thank you!
Haven't seen any of your videos before but I love how descriptive you are and how well informed you are as well as trying to teach those who are willing to listen with facts and friends opinion.
Thanks! I'll keep trying to bring the realness.
This somehow got into my recomended. Gj i was entertained and well informed
Excellent video quality, great speaking, informative and interesting. Also nice background. Subbed.
With gamer supps you put the handle in first. It’s a weird design but yeah that’s how you’re supposed to do that. I use 2 scoops of it in a 16oz and it taste great. Mixing flavors is also pretty nice
I don't understand how he thought gamersupps has a weak flavor
I usually mix 2 scoops in a 16.9 - 20oz water bottle and I rotate between blue razz, dragonfruit punch, and now Gamer Fart 9000 (Yes, that's actually the name of the flavor) xD
@@biglineman34 yeah I also own the great Russianbadger flavor Gamer Fart 9000

literally might try sneak now because of this video. thanks for all the info, its good to see someone actually crunch the numbers and put out a very information filled video on these drinks.
Between this and the stretching videos its well worth subscribing. Thank you for the content.
Also fyi any drinks like this that are sold in the EU stores by law are required to list all ingredients so while I may be late to the party I just thought I would advise any products sold in the EU if sold in the USA would be the best transparency in my experience.
Yo, thanks bro for the video. I've always been interested in getting some gaming drinks that are actually worth my money. Bought the SNEAK and feel like since it's reviewed and they are transparent it's worth it's weight in gold. Thanks for the video again. Great job.
Not even done watching already loving it! Good Vid

I got recommended by a bud to your channel and I just started trying gamer supps, and I didn't find it easy at all to find out what the heck was in it, glad I'm not the only one. Thank you for the helpful vid and info
I am considering GamerSupps or GFUEL for my gaming sessions and I'm impressed by how much information is on this video relating to the product itself and the ingredients.
I want to start making content and would love for my final product to look like a love child of one of your videos, optimum tech, and bigfrytv lol. Hello there. This was recommended to me through the mysteries of the algorithm. Amazing and great quality video. You definitely deserve more subs
It's weird seeing an honest and down to earth video on here, no ads too. Impressed.
Still have basically a full tub left of gamersupps, after watching these videos of yours i just ordered sneak’s starter kit with a dope storm shaker. Lets see how all these sneak flavors taste, might have a replacement for GS :D good video though dude i had no clue there were companies out there that listed their ingredients like that. Or what the recommended amounts were for each
Great video! One thing I'm wondering how do these "powder" energydrinks compare to regular energydrinks such as monster or redbull
Idk if this is sus or not, but I love the way this guy talks. He is very calming.
Nah, bro, you ain't sus👍
Nah its normal
Thank you for doing this. I’m dipping my toe into these powdered energy drinks because I’m tired of paying $4 a can for drinks. Also, as someone with a biology and research background, I really appreciate the detailed research you did and the info you presented 👍👍
Thanks! You should check out Part II as well!
This was helpful, thank you! Since my channels have started growing I have had multiple companies from this list reach out so this information has been super useful. ❤️
Straight forward. Well presented. Informative. Transparency. This man is a champ.
have u ever reviewed Mixt energy? they list all ingredient and 60 servings for 25$.. i believe about 200mg caff
I hadn’t heard of them until your comment but I just checked them out and love what they have to say on their site. I’ll definitely order some and give it a try.
Well that’s disappointing. Gamersupps is actually the one that tastes the best for me, but I never really paid attention to the shadiness. Also, their obsession with GFuel on social media is a little weird
i love these videos, gfuel has replaced my coffee tbh
Honestly you have to make Gfuel PERFECTLY for it to actually taste good
Bro you are so underrated I thought you would have had about like 900k subs but I look and it was only like 30 k bro the transition the timestamps and the quality of the video also staying on topic not being sponsored by one of these people and just going off of that is amazing and the dedication and ACTUALLY CARING ABOUT YOURE VIEWERS AND SUBS is absolutely fantastic you deserve far more subs than you have and I hope that you will get them man amazing video
I'm from the UK and first tried G-Fuel but really did not get on with it, then discovered Sneak and haven't turned back, I love the stuff! Great Vid!
He says that he doesn't have a sponsor but for some reason the Sneak link he provided was a referral from his channel...
That’s a Sneak Elite referral code that anyone can sign up for. When people use it, I get points that I can redeem for store credit. When I made this video, Sneak Elite wasn’t a thing. I will add a small disclaimer about this next to the link just to be as transparent as possible.
@@FracnoTV Cool, thanks for the clarification.
16:54 gamersupps be kinda sketch tho
I just got recommended this video and I love how he breaks these drinks down. It's super satisfying to see how much research he put into this, thanks for the info Fracno!
Glad you enjoyed it!
Why are not all comprehensive reviews this detailed?
Absolutely nailed it brother.
Cold ones disliked this lmao
Finally a really informative video. I’ve be trying to find a video on gamer energy drinks and you’ve fully delivered.
Happened to me in the beginning, its not the drink, its the issue ur having with mixing. If you do its properly, its not chalky
me: im under 12 and i want cofee soo i get pregnant
others: HOLD UP
It's basically just preworkout lmao, idk why you guys waste your money on this stuff. It's just a fancy label saying its for gamers
Yeah just use regular workout drinks like Gatorade or possibly Mt dew, I wouldn’t recommend Mt dew due to high sugar high caffeine that they put in their. Just use Liquid IV, they’re really meant for after workout but they work just as well for gaming
PWO has stuff like Beta-Alanine and other stuff that targets the muscles. Try gaming while your muscles are firing up xD
Do push-ups and sit-ups during loading screens.

Came here looking for info about the different energy drinks marketed towards gamers and definitely was happy with the quality and content.

Probably the best video anyone could ever make on this topic, thank you so much for putting such well-executed effort into it!
