You are doing such a noble work.... very few tutorials are there like this on TH-cam...

Can you please explain why choose contact set virtual wall for this simulation, thank you!

Thes sort of "just click this then click that" tutorials really are low quality ways to learn CAD. Borderline useless.

Amazing explanation brother , tensile stress value from where we will get and in in second study only pin is okay other required attention , so in same case study 1 also have same issue for physical pin which we added. pls help to clear the point.
Thank you so much for tutorial

What if you have 3 holes instead of 2? Select all 3 cylindrical faces for pin connector?

hello, can you help me with a simulation? I would like some tips with a project. it is a structure on top of the other and has a rotating movement, I would like to know if it is viable! try to simulate but the error

If I pause the video at 14:57 i can see SolidWorks measuring the pin hole diameters in the model at Ø.750 in...but then you input a Tensile Stress Area of .5mm^2. Tensile Stress Area should be = to the cross-sectional area of the pin Ø, which would be ~.4418in^2 [285.02mm^2] for your Ø.750 in pin holes. And then to an even greater error, you also use the same .5mm^2 Tensile Stress Area input value for the pin on the top of your assembly that is > 3x larger diameter than the pin holes! Your math is way off here, sir. FEA results are only as accurate as the data you put into them.

when we use solid pins our fos is about 51 and when we use pin connectors our fos is agian 51.but the diffrencess is when we use pin connectors our fos of pins is about 1.9 but why we cant understand this from solid pins?

      You can't model those yourself?
