Very good explanation. As I know this software is not working for big area like 100m x 90m (L x W) did u try?

Yes that's correct because as per design limitations maximum coverage area is 25mx20m = 500 sq meters, in case you have more than 500 Sq meters like if you have 1000 Sq meters then make 2 cold storage rooms with each having 25mx20m dimensions
