Reply, I agree, American youths have free education, until they are 18years or old , depending on their wish to go to school, which again they are not forced nor deprived. I lived in the 3rd world during my youth, and the education was ..sporadic, if the teachers wanted to show up, they did, if not......long hours of vagrancy for us. If the rain was too much... no school. If there was a protest against (whatever the hell) no school. If an Army guy took over another Army guy no school. If one's mother/father could not afford the books...hey, one just couldn't follow the course. So, my point, America, allegedly lack behind Finland/Europe, but hey, until you are 18yearsold you receive a free education, with books, teachers, nurses, buses, so I do not understand... why are them teenagers so angry to want to kill others? Do not understand.

They know there is no chance he’s found not guilty but I have to assume the prosecution wants him sent immediately to a state or federal prison but the defense probably won’t agree to a plea deal until the offer to let him do the first 3-4 years in a juvenile institution. Problem with throwing a 14 year old in gen pop in prison is risking suit on the back end. My guess is a good attorney could argue that if something were to happen to that kid in prison there may be a case for some sort of 8th amendment violation. Unfortunately, this is exactly what happens when we fail to value human life. We have past leaders condoning violence against others who don’t support them or like them. We also have others who choose to believe that murdering an innocent, unborn child is another’s right all while calling said child a fetus, which is Latin for child. We speak English so Latin is needed. An unborn child is a baby.
So, until we value all life and teach our children the same, more of this will continue. It needs to change and quickly.

It's sad there's so many sickos and weirdos in the USA, including Trump, Vance, their cronies and supporters....as a foreigner, we don't experience these sorts of gun violence anywhere else in the world. Our condolences, thoughts and prayers to the families and friends affected.

      "as a foreigner"
      🤣😂🤣
Careful what you say, or you'll have the authorities at your door arresting you for a 'non-crime hate incident' and confiscating your butter knives.

@@_SimpleSam It's the simple undeniable truth, and we can see it from afar....and so do many sane US citizens.
Gun violence is a no, no anywhere else, and NOT a “fact of life”.
Hatred is amongst US citizens, the left and right, black and white, rich and poor, and so forth.

You've been spun by parties who have a vested interest in you believing as you do.
If you remove inner city violent crime, the U.S. has very little violent crime.
Further, you are ignoring the fact that the U.S. has over 300 million people, and every single instance is publicized for political purposes.
Meanwhile, folks are having machete fights in the street in Europe.
